I had a few hiccups with purchasing fish but they are always very good at correcting their problems and making the customer happy.

As always great service! Had a problem with FedEx but Saltwaterfish.com handled with no hassles! Live health coral and livestock.

Everything we got died and I tried to email them and no response. I lost $180+. So frustrating. Never ordering again.

Shipping was quick and nice size male and female pink Square anthias and one Emperor Angel freebie was a flame angel. Only issue is that my package arrived with very little air in bags and leaking water.

I'd say 4.5 (rounded to 5 stars), nice selection and fish received are as advertised.

Best place for Saltwater fish period. Placed my order and received my fish the next day and it great condition, I have never had such an easy time with fish, they started eating and picking on rocks almost as soon as they were added to the tank. Fantastic customer service as well. I cant say enough good things about it. I will definitely order from them again.

Shipment came quickly. 2 orders 10x Nassarius snails missing from order. Pending "chat" response from customer service. Urchin seems to be DOA, but went thru the 3 hr acclamation process anyway. Now it sits motionless on bottom of tank. Dead? I think so.
