Great product and best prices!

First time ordering from the site and I had a couple of questions, the chat option they have on the site is extremely helpful. I chatted with a Cheryl or a Cherrie sorry can't remember but she was extremely helpful. I got an email saying you had new stock in the WYSWYG part and I jumped on that like fleas on a dog. Awesome site will definitely shop here again.

Fish came dead. Was supposed to be marked hold for pickup at fedex and wasn’t No response from calls or emails Had to file fraud with my credit card

Just received my Totoka live rock and it is simply amazing. Colorful, beautiful shape and super clean. Smelled like the ocean inside the box after 3 days in transit. I am very, very pleased!

A truly great company - good stock and thanks to Fedex a nice overnight delivery. Highly recommend them!

Customer service is excellent. My fish were replaced when they got caught in a winter freeze during delivery. The replacements were just as I expected. One anemone was a little small I thought, but the price was right. If the small anenome had been a little larger, I would give them 5 stars. I like their business, they are just a little steep on some things for the size.

Mild difficulties with delivery encountered due to Christmas, but eventually got new shipment. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I will use them again!

*Update 2* We were albe to resolve this, it was just an unfortunate series of events. Thanks Mary! *Update* I have been able to get in contact with them and am working towards a resolution. I will update. *Original review* I ordered almost two weeks ago. My first order got held up in the FedEx fiasco due to weather. I had ordered over the weekend and the fish were supposed to be shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. Instead they were shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday. When I got the fish they were all dead or dying, the water in the bags ranged from 59-63 degrees. The entire order was a loss. I called and spoke with them and they offered to replace the whole order. They told me Monday was booked so it would go out Tuesday be delivered on Wednesday, and that I would get an email with Tracking Tuesday Night. I got no email, but just in case my wife stayed home all day Wednesday. Then last night I get the email with tracking saying it was sent out yesterday and would be here today. My wife stayed home all day today as well, She calls me at almost 5pm EST to tell me they never showed. I checked the tracking and see the fish are stuck in IN. at a FedEx warehouse again. My wife can not be here all day again tomorrow, and the closest FedEx facility for a hold to us is an hour away and closes before I can get there most days. So now these fish are once again going to spend over 48 hours in bags in non-climate controlled areas, with sub 60 degree weather, and it is my problem to waste 3 days stuck at the house waiting for them. I have exactly zero confidence that these fish are going to do well. I have ordered from you folks several times in the past and have always been happy, now I just want my money back and I will go buy the fish locally. I spent over an hour on hold and no one picked up.
