Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Everything made it alive, but they wee definitely in distress by the time they arrived. 5 of the bags were poorly sealed and water levels were extremely low, heat packs were cold as well. I was able to revive all the fish after getting them into the quarantine tank the large Fire Angle floated on its side for about 5 minutes then finally started swimming and righted its self. All in all I'm glade I was home and ready to receive the fish or some of them wouldn't have made it. If not for the bad sealing of the plastic bags I would have given them 5 stars.

Good Job!!! Thank you!

Great service! Speedy shipping. Enjoy receiving reward points for purchases on fish, corals and cleanup crew. I will be a regular customer for saltwaterfish.com.

I feel the shipping options were very limited.

when I ordered, it was delayed so it took two days for my fish to get to my house. Once there I opened the box and four fish were dead. Out of 7 fish. Kind of disappointed but they froze to death so it's partly FedEx's fault. But beautiful and healthy are the ones that survived the shipping! I will have to add that they have the BEST customer service you can get!! They are always there to help and explain things. And I am getting all of my fish replaced for free and free shipping!!

I have ordered a few times from Saltwaterfish.com. The quality of the livestock is some of the best I have seen over the 15+ years I have been ordering fish online.

I have purchased from Saltwaterfish.com before and they always ship promptly and more importantly everybody arrives at my home ALIVE.

I've purchased fish and coral multiple times over the years. Saltwater fish has always been fast and consistently lived up to their guarantee. Highly recommend them for your saltwater tank needs!
