excellent customer services

It took a bit of a while to get someone on the phone after numerous attempts, but my issue was resolved after I finally talked to somebody. I would say for the most part the experience was a decent one.

Corals always look great & are larger than you would expect.

Fast and cheap shipping . I had an issue with a dead fish when arrived but i got credit within days only complain is that they do not have as many options for fish.

On December 26th i purchased $95.96 in marine fish that i received deceased. I called and called but can never get anyone to pick the line. So i decided to put my pictures of the fish on the guarantee request because i couldn't get a hold of anyone to tell them i didn't care to have my money back i just wanted some fish but i couldn't even get anyone to answer my emails but maybe once. so while i couldn't get a hold of anyone i saw that my credit card was reimbursed on January 9th for $52.38. which is $42.58 less than i paid. I ordered fish again today hoping to have a better experience. I would love to let people know to go shop from saltwater.com because you have a great selection and good prices. I know that things happen and fish can die during shipping, but if it happens and know one will answer my phone calls or emails makes me think people are trying to steal my hard earned money. I would love to grow a good business with saltwater.com in the future. but that will depend on how today's order goes. Thank you Chris Garcia

Had a shipping snafu with FedEx. Contacted Saltwaterfish.com and spoke with Mary. She got the problem resolved ASAP! Customer service is 100%. Quality of livestock is 100%. I will only purchase from this website going forward! Thanks Again!
