Extremely poor service. Long waits for fish, poor quality. Quick to take your money, slow in processing your order, if at all.

Worst customer service I have ever …
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with for aquarium fish! Been buying fish online for 10 years and never seen any company neglect to read customer claims before issuing credits. No care for wildlife they send..

Site needs an upgrade asap......
The site needs a complete update and better pics. But other than that I have no complaints. I've ordered in the past and everything is always great. Including customer service.

Great Site!!
Great selection! Just ordered my 9th fish from this site! Healthy fish and carefully packaged! Unfortunately, one fish was D.O.A, so I sent a Guarantee Request and pictures, they completely refunded my money, no problem! LOVE the Reef Rewards, Free Shipping, and Free Marine Life!!
