Great variety, large volume, some DOA, but service is as expected
I have ordered several times over the last year. 80% of my orders have arrived alive, and if you follow the DOA policy you will get credit for those that don't make it. Take pictures on arrival. They have good sales. I will order from them again.

Awesome online fish and coral store!
They always took care my orders with great care. Animals arrived heathy, with great packaging. Even when something went wrong, they always make it right for me with guarantee requests. I have ordered from them since 2011, definitely recommend.

Excellent service with competitive pricing.

The guarantee system is a scheme
The guarantee system is a scheme. They credit you for losses, but when you buy something on credit, they won't reissue it; basically no guarantee if you use credit. Over several orders (like a gambler trying unsuccessfully to recoup my losses and cash out) I consistently received emaciated fish at the smallest size (or even smaller than) the size "range" advertised for that price bracket.

everything arrived alive and kicking
everything arrived alive and kicking. Ordered 5 frag pack, YWG, lawnmower blenny, cleaner clams, cleaner shrimp, copepods, and a conch. These are all alive and doing great after acclimating. Nicely packed and had some care notes and guides on some of these critters. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is the types of coral frags we received in the pack.

So glad to have discovered Saltwater.com!
I have ordered repeatedly from Saltwaterfish.com. They always ship top quality fish and corals. Such quality that you'd have to visit several stores to match their quality. Once my shipment was delayed 3 days by FedEx and the shipment was DOA due to freezing weather. I took pictures, filed the warranty and my credit card was credited immediately . I have no fear ordering from Saltwaterfish.com and will continue doing so.
