I have dealt with this company since 2014. Until now never had an real issues. Just buyer beware do not keep an eye on the pictures you see displayed as they most likely will not be anything like the color or size you expect to receive. They always seem to show the most eye popping specimens, Though they embed further in the description they can be variations and colors they do not off a color choice unless you specify. Almost or more like a bait and switch. On top of that at two separate time had two same species marine fish delivered DOA. The bags were ice cold. Also had two invertebrate at different times of which I knew would not make it once I saw them in the bag. Started losing certain features that I myself knew they were doomed. Besides the smell of the air in the bag would also indicate. I got the same species from my LFS and sure enough it is going well in 3 weeks I finally have given up and would not go again . I think they lack any true knowledge of the specimens they sell - just get the same playbook answer. Seem to get shipments in quickly and very quickly to send out, They do not describe there acclimation procedures anywhere on their site.Finally I rather eat my losses rather that keep opting for a credit and having to continually pay shipping charges thought that is common in general. I would not care but after some many tries it is frustrating and getting costly. There are many other companies out here - just do your research

Excellent and reliable over the years

My items came fast and out of 20 frags only 5 were of poor quality how ever the other 15 were outstanding.. The fish from the order was and is health and has quality color and eats with out any issues.

I have not received my product yet but I ordered live rock, so far the ordering process part has gone well they even let me request the size of rock I wanted well see how that works out.
