Awesome company with quality livestock. Very helpful people.

One of the items on my order was out of stock and placed on backorder. My credit card was charged for the full amount which included the item on backorder. I told them I would wait until the item was in stock then could ship it to me. SIX WEEKS later having not heard anything I contacted them via their "chat" help when I inquired about the item, them informed me that it had been shipped. Upon further review they discovered it had not been shipped yet and they would ship it that day. I am currently waiting to see if I receive it. I have done business with them before and this seems par for the course, they advertise an item only to tell you "It didn't pass inspection" and is on backorder. Maybe they need to inspect their incoming shipment a little closer before advertising them on their website.

Saltwaterfish.com Is awesome. My shipment came when they said it would, The fish looked great and are doing well. I had two fish dead when I got them, but the delivery ppl left my package out in the cold at the wrong house. So it was not in anyway Salt Water Fishes fault. I will be ordering again soon. They are so helpful if you have any questions they will help. I love Saltwaterfish.com

We have had fish that were almost dead when they got here and one died and we would like to know if you can get credit or have another Green Mandarin Dragonet sent to us. The bag had sweat drops all in it, because it got too hot in shipment. You might need to look into this problem. 979-587-2838 Rob Branch
