Great service, and products.

This was my first online purchase of saltwater life for my aquarium. I received my orders today and am drip acclimating Them now. Only one DOA and some snails missing but the customer service has already helped me fix the problem. All the fish and corals are amazing and would be be willing to pay more for. A great experience I all and will order from y’all again

site is easy to use....customer service dept is excellent...DOAs easy to get replaced/refunded/credited....

I placed an order with Saltwaterfish.com and 2 of they items I ordered did not pass inspection so they didn't ship the order. I had no problem with the order not being shipped but there was no communication, never contacted me just didn't ship. I called them too find out what was going they explained the items didn't pass inspection so they shipped a couple of days later but the 2 fish that didn't pass from the first time showed up at my door dead. (same 2 that didn't pass 1st time). Had too take pictures and fill out the forms to get them replaced. I was then assured that they would contact me by phone to let me know when the replacement fish would be shipped because of the hurricane coming through. Guess what they shipped with out letting me know the box then sat in the sun for half the day because I had no idea they were showing up. They were both alive but not in great shape the Gobi made it and is still there but the nudibranch must have died because I cant find him in the tank and of course no body no replacement. So I placed another order for 2 nudibranches about 2 weeks later. Once again the snails I ordered didn't pass inspection so they didn't ship I sat here half the day waiting but they never shipped or let me know they weren't shipping. I tried calling for 2 hours and it would just keep going back to the operator no one ever picked up. I finally got someone on the chat thing and they told me they called and sent text messages. Straight up lied worst customer service ever!!!!

I received my 1st order of fish . They arrived well packaged with plenty of color and very healthy I was very pleased. Now I'm waiting on my 2nd order of fish to arrive

Quality is great, and when there are issues with deliveries, as there are bound to be issues, they are addressed appropriately.

It was quick and easy. My shipment got hung up because of weather, and two died. Got refund in less than 24 hours. I just wish they would give you the option of replace instead of refund.
