I have been buying from them for five or six years now. I have received about three dead fish and they quickly gave me a refund. All of the other fish I have purchased were healthy and happy looking. My only complaint, and I'm not complaining, is that I seem to always get the smaller fish. Like 1 1/2 - 2 I get the 1 1/2. It really is no big deal as long as they are healthy. All in all, I highly recommend them and will continue buying from them. Some day I will have my 180 gallon reef finished. Joe Persico

My main complaint would be that I had ordered a fish that was in stock at the time and went out of stock after my order. They did not inform me of this and I continued to wait while attempting to call them and expecting a delivery that wouldnt arrive. Finally I discovered the fish was out of stock over a week later after eventually contacting them. They seem incredibly understaffed for answering phones. As far as I'm concerned it was sold out from under me and I was pushed aside. 2 stars because the fish that actually survived getting lost in the mail were healthy.

Some the coral are smaller than shown or said.. For example when it says large it is meduim, it never the size they say . It's a smaller size.

All arrived by 10:04a.m., all alive. The Tuxedos went to work as soon as they were in the tank. The six-line is checking things out, my 2 Chalk Bass didn't like him at first, but they got used to him quick, especially since he is as bold as they are. Looks like good healthy animals.

This has not been a good experience for me. I submitted a request for a credit for the 15 day warranty on a purchase. I didnt get a full credit for the items because the purchase was made with a credit from a previous purchase. The fish have not been the best of specimens and I feel this is terrible customer service. I will not be makeing anymore purchases from saltwater fish.com
