I have had a good experience with Saltwater fish .com. I have ordered several times and all the fish has been healthy except 1 jaw fish, but they didn't hesitate to refund me. Will use these people from now on. Kenny

Great Purchase Experience
The Green Mandarin Dragonet that I ordered arrived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, quickly and in perfect condition. Great support assistance and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely buy from them again!!!

Very poorly shipped
Very poorly shipped, much of the life died in transit. They must be shipping fish that are under extreme stress already, and they don't have a process in place that can safely transport them without the fish having a heart attack. To add insult to injury, no refunds - Just store credit to buy more dead fish. For shame.

This place does not care about your business
I would not recommend saltwater fish.com they do not care about their customers at all. You order $100 snails and crabs they send you fingernail size crabs and snails. If you order an order over $300 and you get a nice freebie fish and it comes dead they don’t replace it or give you credit it’s just “sorry that’s our policy.” My last order nearly all my fish came dead because the water was so cold and I didn’t order ups because I had someone stay home that day. Go somewhere else believe me, they want your business, this place does not care.
