Fish arrived exactly as promised.
Fish arrived exactly as promised.. It appears that he seemed to do just as they say in terms of the careful attention to shifting and temperature control . All fish have been very healthy and vibrant.

One of the fish showed up dead,others poor condition and cold.
One of the fish showed up dead,others not in best of health.Package not insulated very well for cold weather,one hand warmer in box to keep fish warm.Yes it does get cold in ,North Dakota.Person who packaged the fish should learn some geography.Water tempature in box 62 degree.Air tempature in box 51 degree.

Nice to have a vendor who stands by their product with no games and no hassles.
Ordered two large fish and received three small ones as a bonus. One of the large fish was DOA and I emailed a picture as instructed. A no hassle free reship was arranged immediately. Saltwaterfish stands by their guarantee 100%. I have made several orders from them and this is the only critter that i have lost. Nice to have a vendor who stands by their product with no games and no hassles.

This company will still your money!! They will not Guarantee any item don’t fall into their lies!! Buy local or LiveAquaria.com!! Their customer service is the worst!! A bunch of lies and misinformation STAY AWAY!!!
