Good seller! Don’t like that my box arrived a day late but not there fault.

In my most recent experiences I have had no problems with my shipments from these guys, everything arrived alive and is doing well. (Last year I ordered a couple items didn't pass inspection and had to do a substitution - I was disappointed, but I think they knew that and they had sent me a coral freebie which to me mostly makes good for that in my opinion.) Other than that no major problems to report so I will continue to do business with these guys as long as they don't give me a reason to do otherwise :)

The order process was very easy. Web page is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Can't wait to get my order. Hope everything is nice.

Will never use again EVER. Ordered 3 times. 1st time not a problem fish very small but the did say they were babies ok. 2nd time fish came in frozen put in tank some did come back but lasted a day. Called they gave me credit. Ok went to use credit 54.00 ordered choc mimic tang for credit. Purchased other fish total 36.oo which I paid they sent the other fish but not my tang said the 54.00 was for the other fish and the other was for shipping which should have been free. Was around 96.00 any thing over 79.00 free shipping . Be careful dealing with these people . I has to call several times before I could talk with anyone just to get ripped off NEVER AGAIN!
