Great service, healthy livestock
Everything was packaged very well. Everything was alive and in excellent shape, acclimated well, and immediately felt at home in the display tank. I will definitely be ordering again.

Received package all fish dead + water…
Received package all fish dead + water came out very cool + box was damage after when i took pictures and send it to them and then they said nothing they can do with this, Very bad customer services. I lost everything :( !!!Care!!! before you order. Thanks & good luck your business

My shipment was delayed by fed ex
My shipment was delayed by fed ex, but saltwaterfish.com worked with them to get my package to me as soon as they could. Unfortunately part of my order did not survive the delay. I filled out the guarantee form and within 2 days I had a refund!! I will definitely order again.

Free Specimens are not really free
Prices are roughly the same or higher than an average fish shop and even higher than a big chain like Petco. Better to shop at stores where I can see what specimens I'm buying rather than be left guessing what I'm buying at the same price. The "free" fish have too high a dollar amount Keepers are better off just buying a small hippo for roughly $55 at Petco than spending $200 on unknown specimens to get a free one. Between the two Saltwaterfish offers little in overall value while giving keepers the added risk of not knowing what they are buying.

Shopping for marine life online is different than in store purchasing I agree, however, most local stores lack the education and experience to handle the wide variety of animals we offer. We have been in business almost 20 years, and our staff is well trained to choose the best of the best. In addition to that, we do offer the WYSIWYG area where you will get the exact item pictured. Lastly, we change our promotions pretty regularly, so what you are wanting may just be one of the freebies at any certain time. We recently lowered the minimum for freebies and free shipping. Check it out! We would love to see you give us another try!

Supplies are shipped ground UPS. This information is shown on our shipping page as well as during checkout where it provides an estimated delivery day, and also on the order confirmation email. We also send out a tracking email for all supply and marine life orders. We have an incredible group of aquarium experts available by phone, text, chat, and email that are happy to answer any questions, 7 days a week.
