Missing And wrong fish
Over all experience was good and customer support was friendly. Fish arrived and expected health although the overnight delivery was delivered in the evening so they were in the bags for a little over 24 hours. My shipment was missing one turbo snail and I’m not sure it is ever going to be resolved. The phantom snowflake clown fish I ordered ended up just being Picasso’s not even snowflake clown fish. But at least I got some fish that might make it. I highly doubt I will shop here again

Chrissy saves the day!
Another good experience! Started out a little frustrating due to shipping complications, but Chrissy bent over backwards to make it happen! She was extremely patient and understanding, and did everything she could to keep a customer happy, while keeping the fish safe! These guys a quickly becoming my LFS! But if you are like me and live where it can snow for 2 weeks straight expect some complications with shipping...

Classic Bait and Switch
I purchased fish and inveterates from the website, time and time again the fish "failed inspection for shipment. Please advise what you would like in place." Based on my experence, they have fish posted on sale for prices cheaper than competition on their website, collect money for them and try to get you to pick other fish that you didn't order. In my opinion this is unacceptable buisness practice. It is not okay to collect money for fish that are either not in stock or are unable topass inspection for shipping prior. I ended up canceling my order and asking for a refund. Two stars because I received my refund and prompt customer support. Free shipping is also fake, there is a $10 "packaging fee".

Thank you for your review and feedback. Our inventory is in real time, and when you order an item, it is held for you. As we begin to sell out of a particular item, the remaining few may not be in perfect condition, and we do not ship anything that is less than perfect. We then offer customers the option of a refund for that item or to choose a substitute. We find this beneficial to the customer as they are in control of what they receive, and aren't "missing" items upon delivery. Our free shipping is actually free, however, there is a $9.99 packaging fee that applies to all orders and this information is clearly stated on our website. We are definitely sorry this was a less than stellar experience, but thank you for the kudos on behalf of our customer service. We hope that you will shop with us again in the future.

Never again!
They quoted me a price and then added charges. I talked to a someone and had them cancelled my order and I still waiting on the money to show back in my account.. Never Again.

Thank you for your review. All charges are clear and upfront. Nothing is hidden nor is a surprise. In this particular case, it is regarding the $6.99 charge for rural customers whom have only the option of Priority delivery, as standard overnight is not available in their area. This information is clearly shown during the checkout process, in our FAQ on the website, and also on the shipping page. The refund process was not delayed either. The order was placed, and within 24 minutes (per customer request) it was fully refunded back to PayPal.
