The fish that I recently received was in perfect health and is flourishing. However, I just placed another large order and when I tried to contact customer service and the chat line, nobody was there. The website also refused to function several times during the order process and deleted some important information at the last second.

I am new to salt water tanks. My son has wanted a octopus since he was old enough to recognize animals and fish. I was told that you should be an expert before attempting an octopus but we had to try. We ordered an octopus from Salt Water Fish.com and a "cleaner crew" package. Unfortunately the little octopus didn't make it. We were quickly provided a store credit for the loss.
