Web site ordering is full of bugs. List items as available but when click to buy it says unavailable. Some items with max allowed=1, when select quantity 1 it says it is too many. Other website problems prevented me from buying everything I wanted.

I feel the pricing is inconsistent but the website was not hard to use in all still awaiting the arrival of my fish to complete this review

Excellent conditions

I have made three purchases with this company in less than 2 weeks. In those purchases, I have had four dead fish. In my last purchase, I had to use store credit (one of my fish arrived sick, and died just outside the 5 hour window of delivery). When that fish (the fourth dead one) arrived, I made my claim immediately. I was issued a refund and store credit. Now, if I want to replace damaged merchandise, it was going to cost me more than double because I was responsible for the shipping cost on a replacement fish. I attempted to talk to customer support, and was informed that if I didn't agree with the decision, I could email the company. I'm not happy with the quality of fish, and the customer service in attempting to fix a problem. I will not be using this company again. They can keep the store credit.

I purchased a flame angel, an arc eyed hawk fish, a half black angel, a lightning clown, a tail spot Blenny and 4 engineer gobies. I am new to reef tanks but worked in a pet shop with saltwater fish in which I received th orders. The fish were alive even though UPS dropped the ball and it took 48 instead of 24 hours. My shipping charges were refunded due to the mistake ups made.
