I am beyond happy with saltwaterfish.com, truthfully I was very hesitant about ordering fish and other tank livestock online but I gave this online company a chance, and I'm sure glad I did they have been very supportive, answering my questions and then backing up their products as well, I had a problem with a zoanthid I ordered not only did the representative help me with the issue she even checked back with me days later , unfortunately that particular piece of coral did not make it and she refunded my money without me even asking , that is great customer service and someone who backs up their products and takes care of customers at the same time that's a hard thing to find in this day and time. And on top of that I got very fair prices so I highly recommend ordering from saltwater fish. I know I am going to be a lifelong customer I'm not ordering my aquarium livestock from any other online dealer they've made a Believer out of ordering fish and livestock online. Thank you so much for all your help and for making it so easy to get all the things I wanted for my aquarium.

This is the second live fish order I've placed. The first was fine so I decided to order the rest of my fish( once they were in stock again).On this order I had some issues. My Blonde naso tang was in a bag of water so cloudy , I could barely see through it and there was food and algae in the bag as well. The naso had spots on its skin from the shipment as well. I was able to nurse it back to health and it seems a little better now. The mandarin I received was dead on arrival and the tiger turbo snail was also dead on arrival. I know there is a guarantee but I don't wanna waste my time dealing with it. Id rather try another company next time.

Wasn't the happiest with my very 1st order from you guys. The fish & invertebrate was healthy & well but the size wasnt accurate at all. But overall the experience was good so I gave you another try. This being my 2nd order was perfect, fish sizes & overall quality!!

Their fish are heathy, all the fish I have order eat immediately. I would recommend this company to fish lovers.
