Very quick and easy

I ordered a replacement part for my Fluval and when it arrived it was broke. Contacted support, which was quick to respond and was told another would be sent asap. Still waiting for part!!! It is now going on 2 weeks from the time I ordered the 1st part to waitng on the 2nd one to be sent out. I was told it was being processed and they are waiting on a tracking number, still waiting. I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Great livestock had a starfish die and they took care of it with credit promptly everything else was in great health and still doing great.
