Fish and shrimp came in very healthy, well packed and were warm besides the cold weather. It's been about a week now and am happy with the purchase and with what I received.

I could not be more happy with the service and the fish/shrimp I received. I added a note that I wanted a male wrass because I either was not able to specify on the site or I missed it. They responded so I knew that they read the comment and would take action on it. The fish and shrimp arrived in perfect condition and well packed. Within a few hours of me getting them drip-acclimated and in the tank, the wrass was already trying to eat random things out of the water column. Next day he was even more settled in and eating with the other fish. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much!

Great customer service! Had a problem with my order and they took care of it without hesitation! Will definitely order from them again!

so far fish seem very healthy

From order, delivery, and acclamation everything was perfect! My new BTA and Yellow Tang are doing great with the Clowns and Gramma. Highly recommend Salt Water Fish!!!

their fish is really small comparing to my local fis store in houston. And now they raise their price higher than local fish store. i don't see i would buy from them again. good luck everyone

I teach a marine biology class in an area that doesn't have marine pet stores so I must order online. The fish arrive promptly and the price is fair. I have, however, received frequent Dead On Arrival animals, and despite sending prompt pictures to the stated address I have yet to receive credit for the DOA. They do not stand behind their guarantee/refund.
