I have ordered from them several times. Live things have all arrived in great shape expertly packed.

I have never purchased marine life online. Saltwaterfish.com was the first company that I tried. There were many others but they did not have the selection that I was looking for. On top of that the marine life that I ordered is hard to take care of and the challenge but saltwater fish. Com honored their 15-day guarantee on the marine life that I ordered and I have two more coming that hopefully things will fare better. Also their customer support was helpful in things to try to help my marine life survive. Very easy bunch of quality people to deal with. Thanks again

Policy could use tweaking
