Great service and quality of live stock

Just received my order from saltwaterfish.com, unfortunately my six line wrasse didn't make the journey, called right away and spoke to customer service, 15 minutes later had an email stating a new six line would be in his way to me. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again, thank you.

I have ordered from Saltwaterfish.com and have been very pleased. The site is easy to get around in and the quality of livestock they have has always been up to par. I will continue to do business with them in years to come.

Some of the best live rock I’ve ever seen, shipped from FL, reasonably priced, well packaged & shipped right away. Couldn’t recommend higher. This stuff was packed with hitchhikers, and coated with different coraline algae. Worth every penny. Even more worth it when you consider shipping is applied!

I have been shopping with Saltwaterfish.com for three years and have never had an issue with them that they didn’t rectify immediately. With living creatures there is always a chance that you could have an issue but these folks stick by their promise of customer satisfaction to the letter ! I was very apprehensive about ordering fish online. I ordered two clowns, a starfish, two fighting conchs, a coral frag, a clam and an urchin. All arrived alive and in good condition. The customer service was very patient with me explaining my bill for it was a bit confusing. I would order again but they are located two and a half hours from my house by car. If I can pick up my purchase, no problem. My order was flew to Indianapolis to L.A. and then to Tampa. It still was over night shipping but still not secure when I saw the route Fed Ex took
