2 fish arrived dead due to lack of water and no heat packs. However I contacted them and they were quick to make it right. 2 stars because the fish wouldn’t have died had they been packed correctly. Excellent customer service though

Ordered 3 fish, yellow tang, panther grouper and maroon clown. Tang was DOA, but I missed the 5 hour time limit for refund and have to accept store credit. The grouper looked horrible and if in a fish store, would never have bought him. He died 1 week later in my quarantine tank. Store credit, does not include shipping???? And no replacement offered. Over $200 for a maroon clown and it will cost me about $30 in packaging and shipping for me to use my credit. Since when do you have to pay to use store credit?

Today I received my order and everything arrived packed very well. The large mushroom corals were amazing and the reef rocked it was attached to was 4-5 inches wide and 2.5" deep with beautiful coralline algae growth - burgundy, hot pink and light pink. I wish I could attach a pick. Received two mushrooms: pink was 2"wide, bumpy green was 3" once fully extended. The citrine clown goby and firefish were very healthy and adjusted well in my hospital tank before gradually moving them into the main reef tank after a few hours of acclimation. I was surprised at the clown goby's size- robust and vibrant. I have a few spots of hair algae from my local store frags (bummer), but the new emerald crab had a feast and grazed down a medium patch in a few hours. He turned bright green after his grazing. Then promptly cleaned his claws for a show. 10 hermit crabs are tooling around. 100% healthy, acclimated and thriving. Thanks Saltwaterfish team for holding the order for the extra two days so that we could bypass the 100 degree heatwave. Your customer service was amazing and responsive.

Just got my fish in today. The water was very cloudy, fish were struggling to breath, was not happy with packaging. My cleaner wrasse died 5 min after putting him in the tank and did a 30 min drip acclimation. I will never order from you guys again!!!

I placed my order 9 days ago. I never received tracking information. I called customer service and was told they would call me back, but still haven't heard from them a day later.
