Ok so please read this. I've ordered several times from here..Well I cant say that any of the recent times were good at all. First fish order and the expensive clown fish came with flared gills. Some of the crabs and things were dead due to no heat pack. So a credit was fiven for the dead ones, not the clowns. Order 2, more snails and such, came in and they were all the size of pencil tips. Customer service said that's normal..Umm in all my years of reef keeping I have never seen microscopic snails. Order 3, ordered large amount of snails, crabs etc.. More than half the crabs were dead, and super tiny. Expensive electric blue hermits, not electric blue at all..Brown. oh and did mention slightly larger than microscopic.. Messaged customer service and nothing. So photos are not of actual items, just be aware that even Petco has nicer healthier specimens. For as long as they have been around Satlwaterfish.com should be ashamed of themselves at this point.

Half the fish were dead the water was freezing coral looked ok I wish I could get some money back

Live stock was packed very well. Will be ordering more in the future.

Lots of choices.. except about 98 % of everything is “ waiting list”. . 😐 Even the live food. I was able to get a reef snail and crab package, which I needed! But many things were out.. Of will continue to shop here though in the future if I need anything... 😊 Thank you!

Great customer service. I have ordered from saltwater.com over the last few years and have yet to be disappointed. Very knowledgeable staff.
