Wonderful experience - 10 days estimated delivery but delivered in 4 days even during COVID19 period

first time ordering hair products, I ordered demi permanent red and blonde hair color + 20 volume developer since i was dying my hair back from being bleached, and i am astounded with how quick it came! I ordered may 11th and it arrived may 14th!! i was worried i’d be waiting months from the bad reviews i read but this was amazing! happily brunette now the product was amazing the color came out so well! thank you sally for even during these hard times working to keep people happy!! stay safe everyone :)

I wish everyone could order through our Sterling Heights, MI Sallys store. I did a phone order, small one, drove up about 15 minutes later, called the store number on the window, received my order, correct and quickly. During this Covid 19 challenge, this store takes top honors in my book. Great service, employee wore a mask, gloves, I showed my ID, she had my items, bagged in a bin. She was kind and respectful. She represented her company so well. I am making an order right now for my out of town daughter to pick up in this same manner and she will be surprised for her birthday 🎉

I ordered on Monday and after reading the reviews I was really worried about the delivery and items ordered. The order arrived today, all of the items were delivered correctly and five days from ordering to receiving the order is great service especially during a pandemic. I will order again in future for sure!

I have contacted the sally store at 329 E Maple ave Vienna VA. the contact person name is Ramona. she was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. after she located the item I needed she put it on hold for me and nicely said "look forward to assist me with anything else I need". more to it she called and offered to deliver it to me after work. (I had told her I don't have a car). people like Ramona are presenting the highest quality of a company. Lavassi

Fantastic online website and service, speedy delivery despite being in the middle of a pandemic. I’ve not shopped with Sally before and I received 15% off as a new customer and free delivery...they are definitely deserving a five star rating from me!

Used online site. Placed large order to get free shipping. Timely arrived but one item missing. Wrote email- as weekend and phone customer service off. Amazed that got response within 2 hours!! Missing item quickly replaced. Very impressed. Also: Sally’s is one of the few places I can get Agebeautiful NN, which colors my very color resistant gray hair Lois G
