Fast shipping.. Thanks

I made an online purchase due to in-store limited quantity for our family hair care items. My order was with free shipping. I had face makeup due to the heat everywhere arrive melted. It was sweet to retry, both times it came mushy. They gave no issues to offer a refund. I, also ordered hair care items which needed 1 replaced due to leakage. With the climate changes it is with intense pressure when items are placed in a container w/o coolants it is expected to expand with heat, etc. I received my replacement product and a small refund. I am very satisfied. Sally's is 5☆'s, a bag of chips and hot sauce! Always great customer service in-store and online! You've got a great place to shop, stick with it! Noonéname's Mama, ROMANS 10:9

The cashier was very polite, attentive, and professional. She greeted me quickly and she even walked to the section to help me find what I was looking for. I cut my hair last year and was looking to start my waves journey. She made everything so easy and fantastic. Happy Holidays and I will return to Sallys because of her. The receipt doesn't have the employees name, she was White or Spanish descent, 5'10 or shorter, and joyful.

We were so please with the attentive staff at Sally Beauty Supply in Venice, FL yesterday. All of the staff were helpful, happy & went out of their way to make our experience so awesome! We will be back!

I purchased some wella bleach powder, wella 20 vol developer, some olaplex no7 and no0 and a tint kit (bowl, tint brush, and beaker). I purchased these items early hours of Friday morning, and they arrived the very next day! Order is correct, and I am very pleased to have found a good place to buy genuine products that I can trust, coming so quickly too! Products are quite pricey, but not only are there discounts to apply, but the service is excellent and you can trust that they're genuine. Only downside is I would love to see Sally Beauty start stocking Arctic Fox hair dyes.

A massive thank you to Carole at Sally's in Plymouth. Had a hair emergency today and a very stressed teenager - unable to get to the store. Carol gave me her personal number so I could send a picture and discuss the products that I needed to rectify her hair from a shop bought hair dye. With my order now at the till and my partner picking up - I am so impressed with the level of service and product knowledge. I can't thank you enough - you are a real asset to Sally's - Thankyou again Carole x

I can't say enough good things. I don't go to sally often but when I do the staff are always so friendly! The nanaimo location.. amazing!!! They helped me out when I just needed to get a hold of a tow truck without buying anything and we're just the loveliest. The second I went in not knowing all the supplies I needed in order to achieve the color wanted and again she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She even wrote down the instructions for me. Truly appreciative of all the help received from the staff.
