I am appalled by the customer service. They switched off the option for click and collect due to a technical issue. I called the Norwich store to see if they had the items I wanted to purchase, as I couldn’t click and collect them because of the issue. They said yes, they had the items in stock. They then wanted to charge me £144 for what would have cost £107 for click and collect, and they refused to apply the online discount, but this was not my fault, as the click and collect was not working. The store said the click and collect was now switched on and that I could purchase the items this way, but they can’t let me have the items for 3-4 hours, as it has to show on the system. I could not wait this long and was told I would have to wait or pay the full price. I left with zero items. I wasted 90 minutes as u drove 45 minutes to the store and 45 minutes back. I spoke to the head office on the phone, and they were all very unhelpful. If someone wants to contact me and try to keep me as a customer please do because I have been treated like a naughty child.

After assembling and trying the chair, it isn’t supportive and gave me back pain (I already suffer from back issues). Unfortunately, I was told I couldn’t return it once assembled, but realistically there’s no way to know comfort until you try it. The seat padding feels thin and not suitable for long sitting. It says ont he website return is 14 days but now its not possible because the box has been opened.

I purchased Better Natured hair color. Sally's Beauty had (and still has) a "Buy two, get one free" deal going. I purchased 4 to get 2 free. I didn't get the 2 free colors. I called them and I sent an email. I talked to Grace, who said that they don't have the deal anymore. Then she changed her lie and said that they reduced the price they charged me. Then she changed the story again and said that I had to purchase 3 to get one free. Sally's Beauty email: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for any confusion caused regarding the promotion. However, please be advised that when you bought 4 items only, the system won't automatically add the 2 for free. Buy 2 get 1 free requires customers to add 3 to the cart t qualify for 1 free item. So if you wanted to get free 2 items, initially, you have to add 6 items in total so that the 2 items are free of charge." Just for clarification, I purchased 4. So if this is true, then I should have gotten 1 for free. However, Sally's Beauty's customer service is lying and engaging in false advertising. "False advertising involves using misleading or deceptive statements in promotional materials to induce consumers to purchase a product or service. It misrepresents the product, service, or company, often exaggerating benefits or minimizing risks. This can range from outright lies to omitting important information, and is illegal in many jurisdictions". I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Why have a website that offers “in store pick up” for items that they no longer sale in store anymore? Also, why do you hire the least helpful employees? They always look like they smoke cigs for breakfast.

The store shelves look empty/ nothing you need is found and to complete they did not allow me to use the bathroom. Buy on line!!!!

Not a good idea to shop at Sally Beauty, especially online, because once they get your money you are unlikely to ever get a refund. I've lost a lot of money buying from Sally Beauty because their answer is: 'there is no record of your purchase'

What a dreadful law breaking excuse for a company! Made my gel nail requirements very clear when visiting the Harrogate store, was sold 2am london hema free nail primer which turned out to be the biggest lead of rubbish as my nails lifted literally every couple of hours! Finally had chance to visit the Harrogate store (they knew when I first visited that I'm not local) to return it as its not fit for purpose. Refused as I had no receipt, yet showed a bank statement along with the other 2 items I had bought. Emailed head office & was refused also. I sent reminders about uk laws regarding faulty items & items not fit for purpose, because clearly these cowboys have forgotten; which clearly states that I am covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject it, get it repaired, replaced, or get a refund. Proof of purchase, including a bank statement, is acceptable for this. The jumped up little pen pusher then replies that no more follow up emails will be answered & my case is now closed. Thieving little twts! Avoid this company like the plague, I'm reporting this to every governing body I can find!!!!
