Horrible customer service. Here’s the thing. When I go into a beauty store I kind of have this mentality that the workers know what they’re talking about. Here’s my story. I went in to purchase hair extensions and the woman helping me told me it would match my hair. When I got home, I matched them up to my old ones. Come to find out the ones I bought had red streaks. My hair is blonde, no red. I called the store to see if I could exchange them for another color. They were not used, other than me taking them out and comparing. They told me to call customer service which I did. They told me if I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t do anything. Obviously I threw it away since they told me no returns. You would think they could look up the receipt through Sally card or credit card but no. Anyways, I just spent $130 on nothing. The customer service people were rude, the store workers don’t know crap about anything and if you ask them a question they roll their eyes. Seriously get it together Sally’s. Never returning

Absolutely awful customer service think it's perfectly acceptable to make mistakes and then blame the customers...most of the call centre (in uk) seem to have the same terrible attitude and refuse to acknowledge theyv made a mistake and two of them flat out lied to me at least twice each they put the phone down on you if you don't just agree to whatever email or form they tell you to fill out and if you ask to speak to a human being and not an email system they accuse you of some absolutely ridiculous things overall avoid people they will take your money gladly but if you've got a problem there going to be the last people to deal with it they will just tell you to fill out yet another email (which I was then told by a MANAGER) That the email I would of sent would of been either ignored or turned away anyway... I'm not going to waste anymore time on these idiotic people most of them need to be retrained as to what a customer service advisor actually is and stop being offended by the most ridiculous comments (wanting a manager and not an email form was perfectly reasonable I thought no way apparently they will do anything to stop themselves from helping you !)

Customer Service is absolutely diabolical. I entered a discount cvoucher code and when it didn't work I rang customer services only to be told that there was nothing they could do unless I had a trade card (!!!!), but that they would refund the difference once the order went through. Then she slammed the phone down on me. I then sent an email reiterating the issue but received no reply. The order was delivered and I was charged full price after all. When I rang to complain about it was told I had to pay for collection! Still waiting for a manaer to call me back but I fear I am waiting in vain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

In store experience is fine, but DO NOT order from Sally Beauty online. Shipping is expensive within Canada. My order never arrived, but they told me it had been delivered (I use Canada Post FlexDelivery which means you get an e-mail notification as soon as anything is delivered - I never got one), even though on their website it said my order was due to arrive June 8th (this is almost 7 weeks after my order date... I paid for 7-14 day shipping). They said it was returned to sender, so I asked that they re-ship at their expense and provide some tracking info, which they declined to do. Not a good customer service response.

Once, long ago, in the days when I thought I could magically make my hair multicolored, I had a Sallys card. I let it expire once I realized the poor quality and range of their products and the lack of knowledge in their employees. They cannot compete anymore with all the online retailers and smaller mom-and-pop brick and mortar beauty supply stores. If you ever have a problem with your Sally's purchase, even if it is the fault of an employee or their website, good luck getting a resolution. Or even an answer. Their website claims to have a "love it or leave it" return policy but in reality they will nickel and dime you out of the full price you paid and make it as confusing and difficult as possible to make a simple return AND get your money back. Their in-house range of products is on par with Walmart. You're better off getting higher quality products at a deeper discount elsewhere and end up spending about the same amount of money.

It was very terrible. Rude around every counter , items wads in wrong place. The help and they racially put myself in a box ,I have been going there over three years . l will never go back
