I have a discount card from Sally's. I shopped, received no discount. I received an email a few days later with a $5.00 discount. Needed more things and went back in. They were out of the product I needed so I waited another week to go back in. The coupon I was email was "not valid" ...so much for Sally's. I will go elsewhere

Love it or Return it, 60 day guarantee, does Not apply to clippers!!!!!!!! Bought defective Andis T Outliners that had a broken blade, tried to exchange less than 24 hrs later and they would not exchange or refund. You the consumer have to return it to the manufacturer. Unsatisfied in Hudson Fl.

I went into the store to return a merchandise and 45 minutes later, she had no idea how to use the computer system (the store manager), thus no refund, even though I have my receipt,unused merchandise and within the window for returns. The store manager could not or would not accept give me a return to my credit card or cash refund. She told me to 1. Go go another store or 2. come back later when she could figure it out. or 3. buy something else and she would not have to do a refund. I called customer service the first lady, was not helpful said I should go back to the same store, the second later said a supervisor would me before end of business and the third said no one is calling me today. Really? Is that was customer service has amounted to these days.

2 day free shipping is a joke, customer service did respond but clearly didn’t even read my email. Maybe my products will arrive today (9 days later) or maybe sometime next week. Who knows? I won’t be back and I’ll share my experience far & wide. There are too many other places to shop for hair products online.

Not good I'm afraid, will not use again and cannot recommend. I received a different hairdryer to what I thought I was buying and they stated some print which says some of their images may be incorrect which I find absolutely ridiculous! Secondly, they use Parcelforce for delivery and their tracking info was very unreliable to say the least, I wasn't sure when it may have arrived. One minute it was out for delivery, then it said they had tried to deliver when it had gone back to their depot. It came 2 days after all that and me having to phone customer services a few times.

Website had an image of a 120ml product I bought, it was not the same product that arrived which was 60ml and a transparent bottle, almost sample size. Sally Beauty refused to pay for my return or refund the original £4.95 postage, breaking consumer distance selling regulations and the Sales Act. Although it's not an enormous amount of money, it's shocking when companies like this break the law. Would never use again.

Extremely rude and hostile attitudes in Mount Pleasant, MI Sally Beauty Supply. I bought some hair lightener and toner from here recently. I tried the strand test and decided I didn't like the color so I decided considering that they offer a money back or exchange guarantee for strand test I would take the two bottles back and just exchange it. When i took the products back, the cashier, who was in a very irritable and mean look on her face was extremely snotty and negative throughout the entire return process. She also was extremely overweight and had pink hair which is not exactly implying 'beauty' as the store is a beauty supply store. She tried going against the store policy and refusing to let me exchange the haircolor. After I explained to her the guarantee on the internet, she walked me over to the aisle herself to pick out the shade I wanted. I also thought that was rude as well because all she was supposed to say was " sure you can go pick out another color" When she re rang up the new haircolor there was a difference of 21 cents which she kept and did not give back as it was printed on the receipt. Thumbs down!
