Awful customer service..ordered on line said free shipping over $25 did not specify only in usa you would have to read terms and conditions...I got my order $46 plus tax I got charged $20.52 delivery charge.. called them told them my situation... CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT CARE LESS...it was an honest mistake they did not do anything to keep the customer happy ..will never order again honesty will never even step foot in there store again ... I would have never order if I would have seen no shipping cost usa only. .. I will make sure to tell my friends . At least they should of done something to keep me as a customer.... it was like to bad yo sad for you .... very frustrated

I live overseas and placed an order online with my Mastercard - shipping to a US address, but wanted to make changes to my order. Immediately, I contacted customer service they ask me for me for my number, just in case the call dropped. I pointed out that I live overseas and provided my overseas number. Order was cancelled because changes couldn't be made and I was advised to reorder. No problem. Lo and behold I got an email stating my new order was cancelled because payment could not be processed but the funds were taken from my account, pending. I've been raging at my bank, come to find out Sally's does not process payments outside the US and Canada. I wish that was indicated on the website or I was advised of that when I initially contacted customer service and informed them I'm overseas. Now I gotta wait 30 days for my funds to be released. Bummer.

I used to be a huge fan of Sally Beauty Supply. I'd shop in their stores all the time, and purchased a lot of my hair care needs from them. Recently, I tried to purchase a curling iron online and send it to my friend for Christmas (she lives far away, so I have to ship gifts to her), and I placed my order and then when the box arrived at her house the curling iron wasn't in there! I called their customer support and waited for twenty minutes to speak to a human being and then was greeted with a serious attitude. When I tried explaining my situation, the woman told me that the iron is out of stock and that I would be refunded. So why would they have let me purchase it if it was out of stock? And why didn't I get notified when they realized that? So after a very unpleasant conversation with the woman with Sally's customer support, I ordered a different iron from them. Then I had the same exact thing happen. Sally beauty supply is absolutely the last company I will ever purchase from online ever again. Their stock information is clearly inaccurate, their customer service reps did not treat me with respect, and their communication with customers about circumstances like this needs some serious work.

I had ordered about 17 items from Sally's beauty.com during a sale recently there was a problem with my package being sent back because it was damaged in transit I then called to track my package and was told that I will get a refund and would not be able to re-buy the items at the sale price even though it was not my fault I really wanted the items I would never order from them again I think that was very unprofessional

🆘Bought a pair of clippers and discovered they were used. Tried to exchange it at the store and they told me that policy won’t allow me to return this because it was used, even though that’s how I got it. If you’re thinking about buying any clippers/ trimmers, do yourself a favor, don’t get them at Sally’s. If you somehow get a defect and/ or used item they won’t provide you with any customer service, tell you take it up with the manufacturer and burn you🔥. In other words they’ll rob you. You’re better off buying them online from the manufacturer since they’ll direct you to them anyway. ❌❌❌DON’T SHOP AT SALLY’S‼️

What in this world is going on with Sally's Beauty Supply ? Y'all know how they sent me nail polish all busted up about a month or so ago. They also gave me a 50 % off coupon so I thought I'd give them another try and I ordered some deep conditioner. Here's how it showed up . All busted up again and leaked all over the inside of the box. This time I decided to take it back to the store in Lexington NC . The girl there who is wearing a tank top and skin tight leopard pants tells me I have to mail it back they can't exchange it . "So your telling me I have to spend 5 dollars to mail back a 5 dollar broken product you mailed me ?". I told her I'm done with Sally's Beauty Supply. I like Alta better anyway. I walked out fuming , I get out side and see one of my hair dresser friends. She stops me and we talk and she said she was there this morning at 9 am and waited till 10 and they still wasn't open. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

This all sales are final is a joke have been buying clippers at sallys for months now went in today purchased a pair of clippers today and they came defective went back to have them replaced and i was told i had to call the manufacturer to get them fixed or replaced i went in with a co worker and after i left my co worker told me that they were laughing at me for getting mad for not getting my clippers replaced this was the last time i ever buy anything from sallys i dont recommend anyone buying clippers from them cuz if they come defective your out of luck.

I recently brought an ASP. mini led lamp.(product no. 142266) This lamp is not fit for purpose. I sat patiently waiting for my nails to cure 5 hours and this did not happen Anyone wishing to buy this item please do not. Waste of time and money.
