Ordered two online orders a few months apart. First order was missing an item and they sent me a wrong item. Had to call to get it sorted. Second order was a total mess. Missing another item, emailed and never heard back after two weeks. Called three times and told three different answers. Still have not received my item or money back for missing item. Really poor customer service, don't even bother messaging their customer service on Facebook they are extremely condescending and rude. . They gave three different answers and make me feel like I'm wrong. They need to get their act together.

I ordered first time with them online because they had great sales on hair coloring. I purchased hair color and developer solution and extra items but when i got the package all the developer solution wasn't enclosed. I tried calling customer service for online sales no one answered and there wasn't an option to leave voicemail. I called another day and again chose online sales and the phone line hung up after i chose this option it happened 2x. I called again and chose in store rep and after waiting 15 minutes she told me they cancelled the developer solution off the order because it wasn't in stock and they don't do back order. I told her i never would have placed the order for hair color had i known I couldn't get the solution! They should have let me know. She offered free shipping on next order as if i trust them again to do :(

Went to Sally on Saturday late afternoon for a hair product recommended by my hairdresser. They do not carry that line, but the manager said they have a product that is "exactly the same thing" (quote). Used it Sunday, not effective at all. Tried to return in on Monday. The manager that day (Jacqueline) refused to make the refund since I did not have the receipt. Said she will only give in store credit. I offered my credit card so they could check the transaction, but she adamantly refused. Stated several times in a not so nice way I could call customer service for a refund. When I mentioned I was there for customer service, she again insisted I call customer service, but she NEVER offered a number, or to contact them herself. When it was pointed out that she had not offered the number, she defensively and aggressively stated I had never asked. Very poor service here, plus their "background" music is hard rock and very intrusive. Will never go there again!
