I ordered online,the Biotera shampoo and conditioner on April 9 and the order arrived in the St Catharines, Niagara, Ontario very early on the morning of April 14th according to the tracking. However the order was not delivered to the address I gave until the following morning when I tracked it again. It seemed odd that I had to wait an extra day when the first tracking showed that the order was only 10 minutes away. My concern is to do with how the bottles were packaged in a ziplock bag and individually wrapped with black, tape as if a child did the taping. There was so much tape to be removed around the cover and up and down the bottles that I’m scared to use the content for fear that it was tampered with. I took pictures of the packaging with the tape and called the customer service at the Oakville office several times but there was no answer. I tried to leave a message but the answering machine just cuts you off.

I've had issues and have been unable to get ahold to anyone. I've been on hold with customer care for over 40 minutes, I emailed the company and have received no response. I placed an order, and only received two things from that order, where is the rest of it? Its been over a week since I bought it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This whole shopping experience has been ridiculous. I ordered on March 24 and received an email on March 28 that my order had shipped, but UPS was waiting on the package and never received it. Fast forward over 3 weeks later and still nothing. I put in an email inquiry and received no response, but when I go to track my order, it says undeliverable. UPS says my shipment was cancelled, but I never got an email or call from Sally to say they could not fulfill my order. The best part is they still charged my card. So I have no products but still had to pay. This is unacceptable. I cannot get a hold of anyone to talk to remedy the situation. I will NEVER be shopping here again. The lack of communication and ethics is just astounding.

I ordered products online because of covid19 and unfortunately when my products arrived a was missing a couple items. I have tried to call customer service and it immediately disconnects after saying it is going to connect me. I have since sent an email twice a week for the past three weeks with zero response. The last thing any of us need right now is us spending money and not receiving items. I don’t know how they can treat loyal customers this way.

Ordered online due to covid. Ordered 10 things, all paid for. A week-ish later i recieved 3 of the things i ordered. I emailed them, no response whatsoever. Then i noticed i have another charge to my credit card on top of the 100$ they already charged me on March 31st. They won't email back and its impossible to get through on the phone, they're just hanging up.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here I was charged for an extra item,& since this corona I’m unable to get a refund! Idk what’s wrong with the cart but I check mine before purchasing and I’m being charged for more than I bought although I’m receiving the other product it’s not fair to me a loyal customer to be charged for more & this last time my card was charged on a second day for the extra product! I had already purchased and checked out then the next day my card was charged again! The 1st time I order a 1container of bleach,2 toners,& developer & I got 2 containers of bleach and charged for it! This time I ordered 2 toners,& 1 developer & I received 2 developers and charged for it! If I wanted 2 of these items I’d add them idk what is going on but it needs fixed! Also messenger has been turned off so I’m unable to respond back to the last message from Sally’s! This is very unprofessional.

Horrible service because of covid19 we have to order online, so i order some products i need it when i received the shipment 2 things where missing so i call and i let them know they told me they where going ti ship the items missing they only shipped one and i check my email and now its telling me that they didn't send the oder one Because i didn't pay for it and i did if I select everything in my cart and i put my card is because i payed for it. Its horrible the things you have to go through with this people horrible online service I suggest not to order anything from there if you wang something go buy it on the store.

Stockyards sally is horrible customer service... If you work there you should know what i need if you don't get out of the business.....worst experience ever.
