Ordered 6 things on sallys, tried checking the status and said in progress a week later ,till 3 days ago i received 3 items only, i called and they said the barely created the label after a week, NEVER ordering online again, im so dissapointed i needed everything i odered within that week now i cant even dye my hair and now i have to wait two more weeks

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM SALLY'S AGAIN. I PLACED AN ORDER AND I'M MISSING HALF OF MY ORDER. THE MISSING ITEMS ARE THE REASON WHY I PLACED THE ORDER TO BEGIN WITH, HAD I KNOWN THOSE ITEMS WERE NOT GOING TO BE SENT I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN ANYTHING. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. SALLY'S BEAUTY SUPPLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T RELIABLE AT ALL . THEY DON'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT A GOOD WORKING NUMBER. ** WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF**

It's been weeks since I ordered and I still don't know what's going on. I bought a ton of stuff to get the 'free' shipping. Thank god I didn't pay for the shipping - I would be even more upset than I am if that's possible. I've tried contacting them four times and they haven't answered once. I ordered 11 things and so far I've received 4 things in two separate packages. Yesterday I was supposed to get a delivery that was 2.2 pounds, so I thought maybe I was getting most of my order, but nope. I got one tube of color. It was .1 pounds at best. Not sure why it said 2.2 pounds. I have so many questions unanswered about all this. My entire order said 'in progress' for weeks and then two days ago I got one tracking number for my one thing. Now the entire order status says 'shipped'. So I have no idea whether or not I'm getting the other 7 things I ordered. That doesn't even make sense to write. I ordered it. I should know if it's coming. Also, among the things I ordered, I ordered two sets of curling rods to perm my hair... they sent one. That's helpful. Yesterday I had to use my highlighting color (the only other color I received so far was my husband's jet black) to do my hair because I couldn't wait any longer for my actual color to come in. I can't express how poor the customer service is and how stressful this whole ordering process has been. At least reading through these reviews I know I'm not alone. I will never order from Sally Beauty again.

Horrible experience! Nothing on their site works as expected. Then they don't send you the entire order and GOUGE you on the shipping. I got a bottle of developer, listed on the web site for $6, but after the shipping (and a little for taxes) it cost me $26! I bought 3 bottles of dye and another bottle of developer for the $16 in shipping. To me, that made sense. But when they didn't send the rest of the order they still charged me the full $16 in shipping as if I was getting the full order. Horrible horrible service! That's crooked! When I tried to call them and ask why, their phone system hangs up on you! Try to email them, and guess what... they NEVER answer! These guys should be avoided!

Sally Canada Online..very disappointing I ordered a bunch of things from Sally Canada online about 5 weeks ago and still have not received my shipment. The "status" says "in progress" and no tracking available which is what it has said since day one. I have emailed 3 times with no response as well. I am so disappointed. It's my first time ordering from them, but it will never happen again. For now, I continue to waste my time trying to find out where my items are.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. It was my first time ordering from Sally and ordered 18 items and only received 4 items on my list. Perhaps they could have given me a call to let me know the other items were out of stock or perhaps put them as out of stock before I ordered them! I would have canceled my order. I have the developer but no hair dye.!?! Then called 11 times and was automatically disconnected. Then spoke to someone and they sounded very unpleasant as if I was disturbing them greatly. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Absolute horrible customer service. Called seven times and got disconnected. Called back chose reward points option held over 40 minutes. I didn't receive my order and got charged and cannot get anyone on phone. Called bank to file dispute. Will NEVER order from Sally's again.

I have ordered through Sally’s Canada website multiple times over the past month trying to get everything I need to go blonde. It’s been a hassle because I got the developer and then the lightener was out of stock after my order was placed. I ordered four different lighteners before one was finally in stock. Same thing now with a toner and i ordered a small bottle of 10 volume developer to go with it, which I ended up paying 20 dollars for because of shipping. They should really keep track of their backorders so that customers don’t have to place a million orders just wondering if they’ll have it in stock when it ships....
