in my 1st order at Sally Beauty, i ordered shampoo, conditioner, and a dark purple hair color. i received everything except the conditioner from that order. Despite it saying i did in fact get all my items purchased. I've sent 2 complaints to sally's already, no reply. i ordered that package on April 15th, and received the package on April 27th. my second order, placed April 28th, (they were having a hair color sale) contained Violet, blue/black, blonde, and red hair dye, and a bottle of developer. everything except the blonde and violet hair dye arrived. and it shows it as all items delivered on May 12th. again, sent a complaint, haven't heard back at all. Horrible!! I'd rather order from Walmart and pay a little bit extra to be sure it'll all come. At the very least I'd like a refund!!!

I cannot believe a company as large as Sallys is this bad at online orders! I placed my order April 24th, and FINALLY received it May 5th, just to open it and find that only 1 item out of 5 was shipped! Their site is still showing my complete order shipped, cant get anyone on the phone, no reply to my email from May 5th.. just horrible! Of course no way for me to get a refund, since I log into my acct and it shows items were delivered; no open orders. Never again Sally's!

Ordered a pair of clippers for my husband. Received them on Tuesday and finally got around to opening the package today. We received an order for a lady in another state. Trying to get a hold of them is impossible. Cannot send anything back due to COVID-19. Current hold time: 14 minutes!!!! Not great customer service if you ask me!

I placed and order on May 6th and I am almost always happy with Sally's orders but the last two were not up to standard. The 1st order tracking information was wrong and I was looking for products that had not been shipped, yet I had received an email confirming the order had been shipped by Sally's. when I called UPS they stated that they did not have the shipment because it had not been picked up by them and to call Sallys This last order the jar of moisturizer was cracked and the contents had leaked into the bag on the other items. I did send an email reaching out to them to advising the product was damaged. I have not heard back from them. I have to be okay with that but I wont order from off line again.

I feel like giving them one star is even too many for the service you get. I wish I could give them a zero. Sally is advertising falsely on their website 1-3 business days of delivery for purchase over $75 with UPS. It’s been 2.5 weeks since I’ve ordered and no signs of my order. I can’t even track the order and their customer service phone number is useless as expected. I’m not even sure why they’re still in business with such a horrible way they’re running their business? I think false add is a fraud. They’re taking advantage of people and the covid19 is the best excuse they can come up with. This is my last time I would ever purchase anything from sally.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star. I wish I never ordered online. I ordered April 17th and still, NO order! The worst customer service ever!! No email response, no nothing. I want this order cancelled. I wanted it like a month ago. Then, they keep charging my card but for different amounts. The charge doesn’t go through but what is up with that? Cancel my damn order and leave my credit card alone! HORRIBLE company!!! Stay away from buying online!!!

BEWARE!!! When Placing my order I paid for shipping in 3-5 business days. It’s been over a week and there is still no tracking number and the status has not changed on my order. I tried to fill out the online customer service inquiry but they have it set up so you cannot submit The inquiry. It wasn’t until I found the FAQ section on their website that they explained that they are not completing their orders in the timeframe that they say. It also says they have extremely high wait times if you try to call them.If they knew they were unable to complete orders in the timeframe that people are paying for they should have been upfront and honest and not hide this deeply in an FAQ section of their website. They are misleading people into thinking they will have their supplies in a reasonable timeframe when they have absolutely no intention of Fulfilling their orders in the time people are paying for. Will never order from here again.
