I honestly wished I would've been on here before I ordered online. I NEVER thought that it would be a problem because I've ordered from them in the past but reading the reviews that people are recently posting would of had me go straight into Sally's instead of online. I ordered five items one was a key to squeeze out all of the hair dye product out and 4 hair dyes. I have the key but no hair dye. Also I ordered for u.s priority mail. Sallys gives you a order conformation but no tracking the package. I know there is delays and I'm okay with that but hearing that people who may have ordered before me are getting no response and no help from their local Sally's is terrible. I feel like Sally's may be scamming us. I hope that isnt the case and missing items shows up or we get refunded.

I ordered 5 products online because none of their stores were open. I normally would leave some good reviews on sally but this time the experience I had was non pleasant. They have no one to answer phone because call hangs up so I cant even get on phone with someone.... I received my order after two weeks of placing it ( even though I paid extra to have it fast delivered ) apart from that I received it with only 1 item and all other items missing. They charged my card and do not even answer my emails.... I am very unhappy with this service and will not be going to Sallys anymore.

I’ve been calling customer service for 2 days now and emailing them to no response! They’re horrible in my opinion and I’ll never order anything from them again.

I don't think they have any customer service help with the online store. The physical stores are great, and I would recommend going to them if they are one of the open ones during this time. Stay away from the website though, you'll receive empty boxes in your package and when you try to get a refund you never ever will get in touch with customer service (even calling!). It's an online scam!

I purchased 4 boxes of large black disposable gloves from Sally’s through PayPal. It went straight to my bank card and said it’s pending and yet my PayPal account says this transaction never happened, so why did it go through to my card?! I got one confirmation from PayPal 2 weeks later with a receipt number but no tracking number!! I spent $50 bucks because I wanted to get free shipping and thinking it’d be worth it, it’s really not! DO NOT ORDER FROM SALLY’S!! I should have learned the first time I shopped in the store! I tried calling my bank to cancel and they said I can’t get my money back till it goes through.. I can’t do anything to get it back while it’s still pending. I tried filing a dispute on PayPal and they said my filing didn’t comply or match with what I was filing for because they couldn’t locate my email and information. Mind you, this was before I had a PayPal account, I just signed in with my card. They should freaking match the card number to my email for EFF sake!! I tried calling multiple times, nothing! I even emailed Sally’s multiple times... NOTHING! My order is lost and there’s no way to track it and I’m absolutely beside myself!! F THIS! F THEM! DO NOT ORDER FROM SALLY’S, EVER. I want my money back, now.

okay so so far i have order twice from sally’s . my first order was april 20 and i got half my order i tried to call them multiple times but kept getting hung up on . i than contacted them through email a bunch of times n no response . they r than shipping my packages not to my address that i no longer reside at. with both my orders they are charging me for shipping when they r sending out the packages. i’m seriously done with sally’s after this .

On April I placed an order (WAS-1518361794). I received part of my order and was charged for the complete order. For the past few days I have been trying to contact Sally Beauty to let them know half of my order has still not been received yet I have been charged and they have been paid. I’ve emailed no response. I’ve called been place on hold for long periods of time I not for the call to drop. I’ve even called a local store to try and get some help to no avail. I ordered 3 developers and 3 colors. I received the developer but not the color. If you are planning to order on line DON’T !! There is no support no customer service ! Signed So dissatisfied, Tonia

This is horrible customer service do not deal with this place online! Orders do not show up then you go to the store to get what you need & all the sudden you are receiving several small little boxes of things you do not need try to contact customer service they don’t answer you try to cancel the order it says invalid URL send emails no reply this is horrible
