Placed a online order weeks ago no tracking still!!!! No customer service! No response to calls or emails at all ! never again!!!!!!! I purchased quite a few supplies and still haven't received anything! now I'm gonna have to call my bank to sort this out because, I tried to cancel this order but can't get any assistance. They even said they'd ship items separately or even from my local store! That never happened but they wasted zero minutes to take the monies from my account! I understand due to the pandemic things are behind. But I've ordered from places during this time and they will not charge my debit until items are processed and shipped! and even then their customer service and shipping was professional with limited employees! I've been a cosmetologist over 25 years and have always relied on Sally's for products.this experience have changed my whole perspective on ever doing business with them or referring clients or stylists to patronize this establishment in the future !

I ordered over $100 worth of hair dye and some gloves and only received the gloves. Could not track my package even though I understood some items may ship separately, but all items have the same tracking number that didnt work. Tried contacting multiple times and they do not respond. I get things are tough with the pandemic but do not offer products you do not have to sell and be honest with your customers instead of ripping them off. Not getting what we paid for or even a refund is not acceptable. Do not buy online from Sally's.

HANDS DOWN WORST WEBSITE! I could have ordered from wish and got my order faster. 2 weeks and still nothing from my order. AND they charged my credit card for the full amount and then for each individual product, then shipped nothing. Complete waste of time and money! Not even a way to cancel my order!

Disappointed, even in today’s pandemic every company can send out a response to a customer.. except Sally’s beauty. Two auto emailS later I’m still out my product and money.

After waiting a week, they cancelled my order without explanation while still listing the exact item as available for purchase on their website.

I ordered a parrafin wax spa and half of the contents that go with it was not in the box. I cannot get thru to call or email. They have the worst service and products. I will never order or purchase anything else from them. This company is overrated in price and very jinkey!

Ordered 5 items. Day of delivery, I received an email from them stating that I was getting 2 items. Received my two boxes for my two items. 1 dye brush in a box measurements of 11in L x 7in H. Absolutely wasteful and I'm not one to get upset by boxes, because I always reuse them. This, though, made me silently weep for the soul who went overkill on the packing. Called customer service, no answers. Facebook Messenger, still have not read my message (message sent May 6th). Thankful for Ulta! They had it in stock and at my local store for curbside pickup. Even better, it cost less! Just based on the online experience, the likelihood of shopping in person in the store is hovering around the "not gonna happen" level. Moral of the story...be prepared to be disappointed if you order from Sally's and if you have another option, go there.

The worst customer service out there. Amazing that they are still open!!
