I placed an order of 20 items, I only received 3. They cancelled the rest of my order without alerting me and when I reached someone, they said the items were out of stock. This was a blatant lie, I pointed out that only 3 items I ordered are out of stock according to the website. Either they bait and switch or they're lazy and terrible at shipping. If they lie to you, push back, don't let them get away with dishonesty. I absolutely would have understood if the shipping was delayed, I think most of us would be considering the Covid 19 situation, but they just refused to fulfill most of the order and didn't bother to communicate. If you are an investor in this company, I strongly suggest you suspend your proxy, they are squandering the only revenue stream they currently have, somebody's not paying attention. Also, the curbside pickup is over the phone only! Seriously!? How incredibly frustrating and inefficient, they're not even trying.

I ordered 5 items and they were split into two orders, which is fine, but in my shipping confirmation it said nothing about any items being cancelled for availability. I only received 4 of my items and was charged for everything; I immediately emailed customer service and never got a response, then I tried calling several times only for the call to repeatedly drop me. Today I emailed to follow up on my missing item inquiry from nearly 2 weeks ago, and still was unable to get through over the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I've been reading reviews like this from SO many people. At this point I'm going to just try getting the charge reversed since they won't respond. *Update 6/17* No sign of the package that I was emailed about being shipped on the 6th... 🙄 *Update 6/6* -- After filing a dispute with PayPal, I finally got a $6.69 refund for the item I didn't receive, but still had to pay shipping apparently. Then I got an email that my"order has shipped" and I'm getting sent 2 more bottles of toner. I'll take what I can get I guess, but I will never give Sally's my money ever again.

I placed an order on April 14th, before local stores reopened. I ordered some hair color, gloves, coloring brushes, combs, and a 3 pack of shower caps. You could probably guess what I intended to do with it. For two entire weeks, NOTHING had shipped. I finally got an e-mail stating that "some items might ship separately, from multiple locations", like I care. Then I got an email, that an order had shipped. I check the tracking, and they sent ONLY the shower caps, they charged me ~$2.39 for my shower caps, then $5.95 to ship them. And despite me being told the item "shipped" it was still 3 days before the post office received it. I tried calling, several times, either I couldn't get though, or the lines closed (by 3pm AZ time), I've sent 3-4 e-mails to customer service to try and figure out if the rest of my items are being canceled, or if they may just happen to charge me, and ship the item whenever they get around to it. And I waited a week after that, for my package to arrive, of course, just the shower caps. I still have not seen any replay from Sally's. I've already had a haircut and cut off the hair that I was going to dye. This is probably the lousiest online purchase I have made in a long time. I understand covid is creating extra demand and delays, but if this is the best level of service you can provide, you are better off closed.

I bought this product, March 2020. This product is no good, it made my hair fall out. It damaged my hair excessively, with lots of shedding, irritated scalp. The product totally messed up my curly wavy, beautiful natural hair. I am almost 57 year's old and I have never ever in my life had a product this defective. I normally use Elgin Charles, Creme of Nature and Main and Tail herbal shampoo etc. I will never look at YOU TUBE video's again, because they were very wrong about Kenya Moore Product's. I have been trying to get a refund, for two month's but the company doesn't call you back. I have made excessive call's and emails, but haven't been successful at all. The next step is to SUE PEOPLE, then they will get the message. My advice don't buy from SALLY BEAUTY and don't buy KENYA MOORE junk generic product's !!!!!

I have ordered from Sally's many times in the past with no issues, but the last two orders I've placed have been a confusing mess. One order arrived on time but I had specifically ordered an anti frizz conditioner in a particular brand and what they sent me was a different conditioner in the same brand. This i could deal with, whatever. My last order placed was for 3 items, I only received 1 out of the 3. I am not sure whether I was charged for all 3, or if the other 2 are still coming but it says the entire shipment was delivered. I will not he ordering again until Sally's gets back on their online order & delivery game again. Super disappointed!

First and last time ordering online from them. Delayed my order a day, then when my order arrived it was a single item. No information on if and when I will receive the rest of my order. Their customer care line either disconnects you or they never pick up and just leave you on hold.

They sent me the wrong items and now won't make it right, essentially I paid for stuff I can't use and now they won't help me.

Never recieved 2 items that are showing shipped. Custimer service number puts me on hold for hours with no answere or just hangs up. Zero response from emails. Ill NEVER order again. Its a joke!
