So.....you want to "go green" that's all fine and dandy but why on earth are you passing the cost on to us, the customer with now having buy a bags? Another thing, especially during these trying times with this pandemic, why are the workers pushing for the customer to get a Sally's credit card???

Store no longer provides bags for…
Store no longer provides bags for customers brought items. I had to carry all of my brought items out of the store in my arms. Cashier asked if I wanted to buy a Sally's designed paper bag to put my items in for carry out. I THINK NOT!

BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE!!!
Only gave me HALF of my refund. Sent my package to the wrong address and then refused to give me the full refund. Not only that but their address system is very confusing.

Going Out of Business?
I think they were going out of business before Covid. I am an ex-manicurist who does my own nails, so I'm not going through a ton of product. The last handful of times I've been to 2 Sally locations in Reno, NV, they were dreadfully low, or out completely, on almost everything. (I'm not sure why they're replacing all of their gel polishes with regular nail polish, when so many people still get gels done-that's weird to me.) I also find the store to be cluttered. Not because the staff doesn't pick up, but because you've got too many racks right by the front door, making it claustrophobic. I have to say, though, the staff at the Damonte Ranch Parkway location has been phenomenal, except for one person. THAT person SCREAMED at me, at the top of her lungs they were closed, when I mistakenly thought they'd be open by 10:30am on a Sunday. So I went to open the door and it boomeranged back at me because it was locked. Suddenly, whoever was inside yelled, "WE'RE CLOSED READ THE SIGN!!" from, what sounded like, the back of the building, and it definitely had some attitude on it. (Sister had lungs, I'll give her that!) Um, foghorn lady, I’d love to read your sign, but I can’t find it because you have so many signs plastered to the window, that I can’t even find it. (I eventually did-it’s a red sign that was partially covered by another red sign. 🙄)
I had, literally, gone to 4 other stores before them to get my errands finished, and all of those stores were open. I know it's a personal thing, but opening so late on weekend days is really stupid; not all of us start the day at noon. lol
That's not such a big deal, but the shelves being bare is. Won't shop there again. Go to buynail.com for your manicuring needs; they have A LOT more inventory, anyway. But don't get mad at me if they screw shipping up right now-I haven't ordered from them since before all of the shutdowns, etc.

No Explanation Provided
I've been ordering from Sally Beauty some magic express nails & i'm only receiving four of my 17 ordered. I'm ordering those that are on clearance, and I understand if they run out. However, it does not say it's no longer available. As a matter of fact, I'll reorder some of them & again get a few. So they're not out of stock. I believe they fulfill them from different warehouses and instead of having the other warehouses fulfill them, they just close out the order. I've tried to call them, but wait in queue for too long. So far I've placed four orders, most the same items, I'll get some shipped that weren't fulfilled on the previous order. Just bad customer service. My confirmation will say, "This item could not be shipped with the rest of your order." So, does that mean I'll get it another time?? One would think so, since it doesn't say it's out of stock. Just a simple explanation would be nice.

Do not order online from SALLY's Beauty…
Do not order online from SALLY's Beauty Supply. They did not ship all my merchandise and there is no way to contact where you can speak to a representative. They do not respond when you contact email customer service. You will only get an auto-generated message. Nothing of significance. Its been over a month and I have never received my merchandise and still can not get anyone to call back or email me. I am just out the money, it's like being robbed with no consequence for the merchant.

Customer service just not there in the shop unfortunately
Customer service not there in the shop.
I tried to join to get the therapists discount and had my business cards and stuff with me about 7 years ago but nope not allowed as I didn't have more proof, even though I was in my business workwear, the assistant was rude with it so I avoided it like the plague.
So after getting to know a lady in head office I needed couch roll desperately and decided to try again. I had all my proof, certs etc as they advised with me and went into my local branch (Bracknell). Unfortunately for me I got turned away again as they didn't have any cards that I could register with ( they give you your discount card that day in branch after registering, but had completely run out) and wouldn't give me the discount even though I had all my proof and was in my business t-shirt, had my business cards and could show them the website etc. I had to argue it out with them whilst standing in the shop and finally they called the nearest store with a manager on the premises who agreed to give me the discount for my couch roll and other bits.
Unfortunately the couch roll was misaligned, (they are normally 2 ply with the perforations aligned and it was tearing on two different places in each sheet) not what you want when you are using it in front of clients. I have to say I was glad I had argued the price as it was not worth paying full price for. The misalignment happened with another very small supplier which is why I gave up using them and tried Sally's again. I have not been back to Sally's since the incident as I felt they might think I was trying to give them a couch roll I bought elsewhere and I couldn't be doing with another argument. I just want to shop in peace like I do in another hair and beauty supplier where I get a great greeting and fabulous service.
I just don't get it why turn a local business away who could recommend you when other people ask where do you get couch roll or other bits.
