Probably the worst company that I have had the misfortune to have to deal with. They advertise products with photos that do not correctly match. You would have thought they would be apologetic but no, basically tough luck that you were duped. Don't bother trying to return items as you will be hit with a £6 fee even though it was their fault. Will have to involve trading standards

Placed an order and it took them a whole week just to tell me they canceled it cause they supposedly didn’t have the item in stock. However the item still is posted up for sale and it’s not available for pick up in store so it really has no reason to still be posted if they don’t have any in stock. Anyways I call and the guy said “ we will have some in stock tomorrow just place your order then” mind you this whole time the item is still posted and able to be purchased. So I do that exactly wait for their “ new stock” to place my order and it gets canceled again cause supposedly they still have none. WHILE STILL having the item posted for purchase and on sale. They definitely are having this sale just to get traffic on their website / get info. Ridiculous store and ridiculous customer service. It’s like they only have one worker and he can’t even get anything done right

So I purchased an Ion Curling Brush yesterday. Used it once and got stuck in my hair where I had to cut a huge chunk to get it out. I went to return it today and was told by the clerk she is not authorized to do return and to call corporate. Went home and called corporate and was told she is authorized to do returns so I go back. I paid $62.99 for the curling iron but when she issued the refund it was for only $58.99. They are running a promotion where if you spend over $30.00 you receive a pack of free masks. I was told because of the mask promotion it would only refund me $58.99??? I'm sorry but my bill was $124.00 so even with the deduction of the iron I clearly still spent over $30???? So then she told me to drive home and get the "free" mask pack to get my full $62.99. I said you want to go home and drive back here for a 3rd time to get my additional $4????? I mean seriously Sally's I've been a loyal customer for years and now you are ripping me off? I get it is only $4 but it's the principle for me!!! You lost a customer for life as I'm not interested in doing business with any company that steals from you especially during this pandemic.

I placed an order for pick up from sally beauty store I when to pick it up and it was the wrong clippers I ordered I told the cashier who was new there only there a week . She called another store for help for a refund the associate at the other store told her I had to get a refund on a gift card she did the refund and told me I could use it online to purchase the right clippersthis was 2/28/21 as of 3/6/21. The order is still processing no shipping number I sent an email and got the automated email response I will try again Monday but I guess this will take another 5 weeks to get some clippers this is horrible we'll never use Sally's beauty supply again and I don't recommend anyone else use them either.

Get this!! They will charge you for a bag to carry your items you purchased out of the store!! I have shopped at Sally's for many years but I am not returning after yesterday's visit when I was told I would be charged for a cheap plastic bag to carry out what I had purchased. They said it was a "green" thing!! What a joke. If that's the case then give them a calculator to add up purchases without tape! I will tell everyone and anybody about this. DO NOT SHOP AT SALLY'S!!!! there are plenty of other beauty supply stores to shop at.

Horrible experience! On February 18th I got an email with the offer to make $25 or more purchase and get Elite status. I started creating the order and found in my shopping bag after all my chosen items a "product bonus"-10 disposable masks for free. So it was a very pleasant surprise, but after checking out the "product bonus" just vanished! I asked about it sales assistants at a store when I picked up my order. They had not idea what I was talking about! I called a customer service asking the same question and no surprise - they had no idea!!!!! I asked a customer support service to create an order and see what happens. Guess what? - the bonus product popped up during creating order but disappeared then. Ok! It was the lie number 1!!!!! Next, I did not get promised Elite status! -the lie number 2!!!!! Finally, when I picked up my order from a store and came home, I found that they put me wrong products. - number3!!!!! When I tried to talk to customer support service it did not help at all! I have always been interrupted and it was extremely difficult to have an conversation!

Went to sallys on 02/20/21. Am a licensed hairdresser and always carry my license information with me. Several times i have given my license information and they still refuse to give me a discount. They tell me it is a computer glitch. This company is awful. Right down to selling bags to even carry your stuff in. I will not be returning and hope others will be wary of their deceitful practices!

Used my rewards, placed my online order, many items were no longer available, that were promised to be delivered and my rewards applied, then sent an email no longer available and the items that were available I could not use my rewards on????I am so fed up with Sally’s BS and acting like they’re giving you something and then taking it back. Thank you but no thank you
