I have not been able to get my hair color from the store closest to me for the last 6 months. I have had to travel to a store that is 15 miles further than the store nearest me. When I ask why my color is not in the store, I am told that the company just ships what they want and the individual store has no control.

Store hrs 9-7. They close at 5:30. Very disappointed. Location Grafton St Worcester, MA

Ok. South Knoxville Tennessee (chapman hwy). I don’t mind being more aware of the environment. I try and be more mindful. But nearly ALL of your products are in plastic bottles and paper product. Are you charging the companies for having plastic containers. My anger is that you all are passing this cost to the consumer. Now we have to pay an extra $0.15 for you to put the plastic in the plastic. LOL. How funny and ironic. Oh and if you ever vocalize your concerns watch those south knox girls behind the register. You will get a quick I don’t care what you think and don’t need your business attitude. Thank you lady with the blue hair (sorry I’m not one to get names and write reviews). She flat out threw this company right under the bus. She said you all didn’t care what she thinks so she doesn’t have to care what I think. SMH. GOODBYE SALLY. SORRY. IM BREAKING UP WITH YOU 🤣😂

Horrible Scam with this new Sally's Credit card. Do not sign up! 🛑 Save 20.00 for purchase of 50??? They have crazy service charges. I ended up spending a extra $63.00 just to cancel card. $9.00 each time you want to pay on it. 35.00 for can't process your card fees. Is that my fault???

Been awhile since I shopped at Sally beauty and boy, have things changed! They no longer offer a Military discount, and they no longer provide a bag to carry your purchase home in (a bag costs $0.15, more than the states that have bag laws, and which this state does NOT!) Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Sally beauty in the future. They have taken away any reason they once had to earn my business. Really, give me one good reason I should shop here now?

I went to go into the Guelph location and the staff was so rude. I told them I was going to my products at Walmart and Amazon.

Refused to replace item wrongly delivered by their courier. £22 and shipping paid by me! DPD left the package unattended at the front of my building when I had specifically only permitted it to be left at a side door and provided my number which wasn’t contacted. DPD’s delivery report says they left it on my front porch - which they weren’t authorised to do. Sally still said the parcel was considered delivered correctly! What a crooked company, probably have a scam going with the delivery company, taking pictures of empty boxes outside your residence and pocketing the money.

If I could give half of a star or none at all that's what they deserve. They debited my account for an order placed and paid for and picked up in February on March 25. So, in effect they have charged me twice for one order from last month. I couldn't cancel it with my bank without them requiring me cancel my debit card and send me a new one in a month or more. So I called the phone number for Sally Beauty Supply to try and cancel it that way. I placed my call at 5:10 and my call immediately went into a cue. It is now 7:09 and I am still on hold and haven't spoken to a single person. That's right folks 2 hours later and still not one human voice. In my unreasonably long hold time, I went to the website AND the ap and nether has an option to cancel orders placed or unplaced. No function for contacting customer service other than a chat bot or an e-mail either. This has to be the WORST customer service experiences that I have EVER had. You can't even close your account on the website. Can you believe that? What is this a cult, you can join but never leave,
