I went to Sally Beauty in Finchley Central in London recently. I was seeking advice and recommendations to colour my hair. There were three lovely ladies present. Collette helped me with advice for my hair, Shirin helped me with colour recommendation and Janet did my checkout. These three ladies gave me real attention. They listened well to what I needed and answered my questions with honour and integrity. They were all friendly, kind, interested in genuinely helping me they even went to the shelves and found all the products to make sure that I would have everything I needed. It was a personal service and I was so grateful. Thank you Collette, Shirin and Janet for doing such a great job for me. They made me feel special and the whole experience was wonderful. I will always recommend them, remember them and appreciate who they are. 10 out of 10.

I love the Sally Beauty Store in Avon Commons and I am very sad that it is closing!!! This store has been my Go-To for many years. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very kind. I wish everyone well, but am broken-hearted. :(

I visited Sally’s in Exeter and was served by Leah. She was very professional and really helped me with the query I had. She identified a hair dye that was suitable that I am eager to try. Apart from a lovely personality I really appreciated her advice. I would highly recommend.

I visited the Sally Beauty warehouse in Kettering earlier today and had such a lovely experience. The service was amazing from start to finish. Tina and Georgia greeted me with a smile as soon as I came in and were so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to help me with my inquiry and were really knowledgeable and kind. They were genuinely lovely to talk to and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Excellent customer service — thank you both!

Really knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. For the first time in 58 years I have a hairbrush that can cope with my hair! Staff are always happy to advise and make the shopping experience a positive one 😊

Fantastic place. Nowhere else I can get professional hair dye to do my own hair. Staff are great at the Coventry one. Never have a problem there.

I went in to bury store and I didn’t really understand what I was looking for and I was served by Donna t and she was absolutely amazing really helping and just soo lovely explained everything and how it’s works made sure i was understanding with the products I explained what I wanted and she found everything for me I would 100% recommend
