What a shame! So you now either bring a bag when you shop at Sally's are you walk out of a store with your merchandise in your hands. You have to buy a bag from them if you dont have one. Ridiculous!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within 2 days. My only issue is that I was missing one packet of bleach powder. Based on the reviews, I will not be reaching out to customer service as they do not answer. Docked two stars for the missing item.

I've lived in PA my whole life but recently moved to FL . While still living in PA, I stopped shopping at your East Norriton, PA 19402 because the staff their were so rude and always made me feel like it was a bother to ring me up.(I never needed assistance w/ purchases as I am a licensed cosmetologist) Today I went to your Store @ 1836 Ridge Pk. STE112 #3591 I received no greeting until I was down the aisle. I was asked if I needed help and I said no thank you. I chose the Wella products that I needed and proceeded to the register. The , what I perceived to be the manager, was at the register at this time, and she did not greet me! She rang me up and I handed her my Sally Pro card. She asked if I had my license with me and I said no. My Pro card has been registered since you opened for business in the Philadelphia area! The rude lady then told me,in a very unfriendly manner, that I would have to bring it in so that “updates” could be made. I will make sure that when I am coming up from FL, the next time, I will bring my Sally products with me , if I need them! Ive shopped your Palm Harbor, FL 34684 store for years, too and the employees there go out of their way to give excellent customer service in a warm and friendly manner, AS THEY SHOULD WHEN WORKING WITH “THE PUBLIC‼️“ Karen Haggerty
