BAD Experience - The Sally Rep (Jasmine) not only be being helpful but also being rude. Please consider that I have been a loyal Sally customer for 20+ years. Her attitude and poor customer service is going to take my business to somewhere else. GREAT Experience - Instead, when I talked to Kathy, I found her very polit and helpful. I bought a ceramic curling iron last year date, 07/7/25. The brand name was CHI LAVA 1” volcanic lava. On its box marked 2 year limited Warranty. But after using it twice ( one last year when I bought, then on July 5, 2026 which in the middle of my curling my hair, it stopped heating. Thinking it just need a short break so I tried again it was not working anymore. I paid $115.00 Canadian money bought the warranty for $15.00 from Sally’s own warranty. So I went to the Store where I bought it. Right away they told me it’s my respons8bility to contact the number on the warranty. I did and was told they are not yet liable due to its manufacturer two year warranty. So I was told to contact CHI LAVA which I did. But only got frustrated cause they want me to send them $20. US dollars for them to ship the replacement for their product. I asked the representative if I could just get the replacement from Sally since I originally bought it from that Store. The lady said no you have to send the money to us for you and o get the replacement. I just told her I am not giving more money for a piece of JUNK like CHI LAVA. Also, I just realized from this experience that buying Sally’s warranty is not worth it. If you do will be tossed back and forth and no customer benefit at all. So don’t buy any electronic products from Sally’s buy from Walmart or even better from Amazon but never from Sally’s.

First of all, I bought their Gray Brilliance to get rid of the yellow in my gray hair. It worked for exactly one shampoo. Not worth the money. I tried to complain to corporate and unfortunately, everyone is overseas. They will not connect you with corporate. They will not allow you to speak to someone in the US. I personally will never deal with this company again because I feel if they are located in the United States and selling in the United States they should be hiring people in the United States! DON'T GO THERE. PROMOTE THE USA!

Nothing good here. Not interested in anyone’s gender. Simply want to shop and buy products. Will find more appropriate retailers.

La exigencia por llevarte productos es muchísima ya que según ellos quieren manejar un Upt que son piezas por ticket y forzosamente venderte sus adicionales en caja qué no tienen ningún chiste,las chicas son muy ostigosas y la realidad es que por eso ya uno no compra como antes ya que si tu quieres un solo producto y no te quieres llevar algo mas ahí las vas a tener hasta que les hagas sus indicadores,pero esto vienen desde arriba con sus supuestas estrategias de venta ya que les exigen diferentes categorías y sus precios los elevan en exceso,pueden ir a otro tipo de tiendas que venden las mismas marcas y en precios mucho mas baratos.

Sally Beauty Order Number: WSA1536531614. Placed an online order for in-store pickup for hair dye. I had to travel to a further Sally’s location since the store near me didn’t have available for pickup. Went the next day to pick-up, and realized that I was given a visibly open and damaged box of dye and old/expired boxes of dye. Was told that’s all they had so I couldn’t exchange and that they “think” the open hair dye was safe to use. I then went to my local Sally’s to either return or exchange for what I ordered (new, unused dye), but didn’t get. It reflected they were out of my dye online, but it was in-stock. I asked to do an exchange (same hair dye just new, unused which is what I ordered). I was told ok, but when the associate could not do, she called her manager. I was then advised that Sally’s would charge me extra since they couldn’t honor the pick-up in store discount for the same color. I did my best to communicate since the associates did not speak English but could not do an exchange without paying extra for the same dye. So frustrating since you are supposed to save time and money, but don’t. Will be getting my hair dye elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the way my products arrive the hair dye suits were out of the boxes the boxes were squished and crumbled not quite sure if they even match the bus I will never order online again I have bought some sellers forward 20 years first and last time I'll ever order online The air bubble thing that was in the box to protect my products I had very little air in it I was very disappointed when I open my bags shame on you Sally's
