Have any other hairdressers bought the S-Pro peroxide and noticed the colour coding has changed 40 Vol has always been blue and they changed their colours to one standard colour where the gradient got darker as the stength got higher I have been informed due to several complaints, they have took this feedback on board and reverted back to the old style colours in July 2020 I can see from the website the colours are still showing as the gradient getting darker. Sally's have failed to advise me of this colour change so failed in their duty of care to advise these changes when buying this product

I visited the store on two separate occasions. On the first visit it was clear that the staff were incorrectly trained on Mask Exemptions. On the second visit the staff denied me access to the store even though there were no other customers present. I reported it to their Head Office who's customer service is appalling. They stated they would re-train their staff correctly but by their overall communcation, it was clear that they have no interest in their customers. It was the first and last time I will shop in this store.

It is too bad to post on google about the manager refuses to believe me , The customer is always right! If u go to buy a car & 4-5 wks it stops working u have the car towed back & either fixed or replaced Warning! Buyers beware! Dont buy the hair clipper u see here. It does not work! He would not help me he is unprofessional and so rude & accused me of lying - told me i had used it when it wont even turn on!

I created an account and purchased hair dye online which was delivered in good time. Instead of dying my daughters hair it dyed he scalp a greenish yellow and didnt do anything to her hair. I notified them by email about the issue and the responded asking for a reciept. After explaining ieverything would be in my account files they then replied that they need an email, which I was emailing them from, and an order number. I explained the email was the same and all order info is under that email. Then they again asked for same info so I sent a picture of the receipt. This them wasn't enough and they wanted the used tubes from the lroduct. Well, if you're dying hair you usually use it all and dicard the tubes. I notified them the tubes were discarded and wanted to know what to do next. After a week they contact me and say that I'm past my 30 day return date. This was a complete delay tactic to avoid their return policy in my lpinion. I will never de with them again!!

Product was on a promotion buy 2 get one free - received partial shipment with no explanation. I called customer service. Was told the product was out of stock so, one was sent. I got the very last one ? Looked online ... it was still available. Was told that I am not going to receive the rest of my order - was told website isn’t correct because the are too busy !

Their system messed up my address and won't do anything about it

I've been twice to the battersea store now and followed round an pestered by the staff as if I'm a theif or something, I then picked hair extensions but instead of being able to walk around looking whilst holding the hair extensions in my hand the worker took it from me an kept it behind the till until I paid as if I was going to steal it, this is not normal behaviour at all. And really bad customer service its made me not want to go back. Also the extensions are awful so thin and whispy they make no difference to your hair.
