I bought Gelish gel colours for £110 and all of them were old, separated and did not cure under their own lamp. Every time I go to get gel polishes from Sally’s they’re problematic…Everything is so much more expensive than on the brand website as well🤯 I will defo not buy from there again

what a disaster this company I spent over £80.00, which is a lot for me, most unhelpful didn't help when I didn't receive my goods DPD were no better sent me some random photograph which wasn't the delivery address I will fight them for my money even if I have to sue them

I will never shop there again!!! I purchased an Andis set of trim clippers on 9/3/2023. However, the store associate who rung me up never explained that there was an extended warranty for 2 years on top of the one years warranty Sally's supply.. The receipt never said anything about it either. It says, "Love it or return it guarantee!" I found out about the extended warranty from their website, I contacted Sally's and got 3 different responses via email. Very conflicting email telling me to use certain links to get the warranty. But the last email said that they only honor it at the time of sale. The associate NEVER told me about it although it was only 2-3 days later!!! She also said that corporate doesn't do returns on clippers. Is this a man thing and you can only return women's products??? I tried to return it and the store associate said I couldn't and she had a sign somewhere but couldn't find it?!?!?! Liar, liar, pants on fire!!! The emails don't even have the name of the person who send it! Who could ever trust a company like that?!?!?! NEVER, EVER trust Sally's nor ANY of their associates for any reason!!!

I was a frequent customer at @sallybeautydublin Dublin 2 until I had a string of terrible service at this store. First, I made my usual purchase of hair coloring dye, 3 units. When paying for the products I would have a 10% discount offered by the store, however due to incapacity and lack of professional preparation, after I wasted 30 minutes trying to pay for the products and get "such a discount" I ended up paying the full amount with the I hope to review this discount on the purchase I would make the following week. The @sally “professionals/cashiers” are completely rude, impolite and unprofessional, such as their Manager who didn't have the capacity to listen to my situation and less to solve it. I will never come back to this store and I suggest that people protect themselves and don't purchase your products in the @sally D2. It was a very bad experience!

Absolute con! I ordered two Olaplex items which were advertised at half price. The expected delivery date stated 7th August 2023. I followed the tracking updates and on August 2nd, it showed my items were with UK customs awaiting clearance. Its now Sept 6th and my items are apparently still with UK customs. I have emailed the company twice and have had NO reply. Don't waste your money, they are fake!

Purchased some items from cosmetic Sally on line thought I was getting a bargain as it was for opolex items which was advertised at half price. I was told it would be here on 28th August but nothing has turned up. I had messages when I tracked the items which always had an update time ending with 16 on the end which was strange. This is a scam so don't fall for it.
