Wanted to surprise my friend with hair dye for Christmas. Walking into Sally's I had no prior knowledge of dying hair. Until an employee (Riahnna,Brianna?) Showed me the process and what to use. Very informative and gave tips for easier clean up! Turned out great!

I was in need of a new flat iron and I went to my Sally's in thorndale and spoke to a lovely young lady by the name of Laleena she picked one out for me just used it yesterday and I love it. I will be back there and I hope to see her again she was super nice and patient as I went back and forth with my decisions.

Was greeted n helped right away n was out the door with my products n paid for with 15 min.happy

I was genuinely impressed with the young lady that assisted me in finding the right products I was looking for. She made my visit very easy. I will definitely return, just for her service. Great job!

I returned home to Canton, Ohio a few years back. I am so very impressed with your Store Manager, Tiffany ( I do not know her last name), of your Belden Crossings Plaza Sally Store. I haven't seen a Manager show so much "heart" and "enthusiasm" into her Customer Servicefor a very long time. She is very knowledgable about all of the products and the current "specials".
