The tour was great but we thought we paid for a 2 hour tour and it was only 1 hour when the tour guide told us it was over and we didn’t even end where our itinerary told us we would.
Response from Salem GhostsOct 11, 2026

We understand how disappointing that must have been, and we’d like to look into what happened. Please reach out to [email protected] with your booking details so our team can assist.
