Way too many people in our group of 20. Only went to two bars and the rest of it was outside and it was cold and rainy

Hi, Karen! We’re sorry to hear the experience felt impacted by the number of guests and the weather conditions. We understand how a larger group and extended time outdoors in the cold and rain can take away from the tour. Your feedback helps us improve our planning and guest experience. Please email your booking details to [email protected] so our managers can review the situation and take appropriate steps to address your concerns.

We had a nice time walking around Salem and our tour guide, Will, was really personable. I would recommend that you guys invest in microphones for your guides as it was difficult to hear while walking. I also wouldn’t call this a “ghost tour”, it was more of a sad/macabre/historical one. It was a good time and a good way to see Salem!

Hello, Courtney! Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re happy to hear you had a great time with Will exploring Salem. We’ll pass your compliments to him and also look into your suggestion regarding microphones to make the experience even better. We hope to welcome you back soon!

The tour was good. Our tour guy was a lot of fun, but a little disappointed was expecting more ghost stories or stories about the bars we were stopping at besides the last one we stopped at. I was excited to learn about local ghost stories and was a little disappointed in that.

Hello, Tina! Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you had fun with your tour guide, and we appreciate your thoughts on the experience. We’ll definitely pass along your compliments to the guide. We’re sorry to hear you were hoping for more ghost stories and bar-related tales, and we’ll take that into account for future tours. Hope to see you again soon for another adventure!

It was a fun experience. The title is misleading. Not much was discussed about hauntings. Maybe a smaller group or make it known how large each tour group is; it felt a little too large. Your guide was very knowledgeable of the area!

We're glad you had a fun experience and appreciated your guide's knowledge. We value your suggestions about the tour size and content and will consider them for improvement. We hope to see you again!
