UPDATE AFTER LEAVING A 3 STAR REVIEW: I left a poor review (see it below) after a bad "return" experience. I immediately received a personal email (albeit with a heavy AI overtone), which was very friendly, apologetic, and 100% taking ownership for what happened. Saint + Vale gave me a complete refund and went above and beyond to make it right. Companies and people make mistakes. It is how they perform once they make the mistake that matters. And this company stepped up. I raised my rating from a 3 star to a full 5. Thank you. ORIGINAL 3 STAR REVIEW: Don't count on being able to return anything. I ordered some espadrilles and felt they were thin and cheap looking. So I wanted to return them. I asked and received a very nice email back trying to convince me that it is not worth mailing the items back and my cost. They also said that they would just donate the shoes instead of resell them. They offered me a small rebate and I said no. They then replied with an offer to give me a gift card equal to my purchase (to their store) and I saw that as the easiest option although I really just wanted to return them. So, I bought two more large short sleeve button up shirts. I liked them and felt they were well made but they fit like an XL. No good for me. And now I am back in the same position I started. I give up!

I had ordered 2 pairs of Chelsea boots, and I was impressed with the colour and quality, simple but solid. However, I had ordered the wrong size and called support to help me out. I was expecting a long, complicated return policy or none. They made things so simple, clear and innovative. They really had no return policy and explained to me they donated their returns and I could keep the boots, do the same, and was given the option to order new, correct size pairs for the price of shipping costs. That was unbelievable. Their philosophy is to sell quality products and stand behind them This totally impressed me. Such care and honest and direct business practices. I have made this store my go-to place for quality men's wear! The people behind this store care plain and simple about the quality of their products and their customers! In today's cheap, fast-paced shopping, what a relief and a sense that I am dealing with people who really care!! It's a no-brainer to shop there!!!! David, Montreal, Canada

Bought some Boots in my usual size, because they are from China. The don’t fit and now the company is suggesting a cheap 30% reduction of the price, because all kind of excuses not to have them back. This is nothing but scam, stay away.

First time purchasing from Saint+ Vale, and I would definitely recommend them as shopping was a pleasant experience and customer service was excellent. They are reliable, respond right away, and definitely make the experience a satisfying one. I would definitely shop there in the future, as they have reasonable prices and good variety of fabrics and options. Their linen is very light and breathable, thank you for the wonderful experience.
