You know sometimes you get customer service and then other times you get a customer experience and that is exactly what you get when you're dealing with this company is the experience of being a customer not just a number not just somebody they're going to put on the shelf and think about you later I suggest anyone that's looking for stylish boobs clothing gear whatever it may be stop here first if you seen some of my outfits you know they're only getting better and guess what starting here I already got a couple pair I'm going to continue to shop with them anyone I know I'm sending to them! So unless you want to customer service rep go ahead deal with those other guys but if you want a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE this is where you go OH YEAH MY NAME IS WAYNE AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE!!!

Updated: I wanted to update my original review after working with the company’s customer service team. After receiving my initial order, I was disappointed with the quality and shared my concerns. To their credit, the company took the feedback seriously and sent me a replacement pair. The difference was immediately noticeable. The materials, stitching, and overall craftsmanship of the replacement shoes were significantly better and much more in line with what I expected. What impressed me most was the customer service. Steph was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. Rather than dismissing my concerns, she worked with me to make things right, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. While my first experience wasn’t ideal, the way the company handled the situation deserves recognition. Great customer service can make all the difference, and in this case it turned a disappointed customer into someone who would consider ordering again. Thank you to Steph and the team for standing behind your product and taking customer feedback seriously. Previous: Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product quality was absolutely terrible and nowhere near what I expected for the price charged. The materials feel cheap, the workmanship is poor, and overall it looks and feels far lower quality than advertised. Honestly, these feel like something you would find from a random street vendor, not a premium product being sold at these prices. I cannot believe how much they charged for something made this poorly. I immediately requested a return and refund because the item was completely unacceptable. Buyers should be very cautious before ordering. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again. I have yet to experience the customer service.

They’re very understanding. When I ordered my first pair of shoes, I never received them, so I emailed their team. They were super chill about it and ended up sending me another pair for free, along with a gift card for the inconvenience. That level of understanding really makes them stand out. Shoutout to Steph for the great customer service. Everything was good — the quality and overall experience were amazing. Definitely recommend them.

I rarely leave comments like this, but I had to say what a pleasurable experience it was interacting with Saint + Vale. Firstly, they make terrific products. I ordered three pairs of boots and they are well made and stylish. Secondly, they have the best customer service I've ever experienced. When I had a question about my order, someone (an actual live human being!) responded within an hour (and on a Sunday at that!). I was not expecting that. And when I needed to return an item (just about sizing, not anything wrong with the product) they were very kind and understanding and helped me resolve the issue immediately. And here I have to give a specific shout-out to Steph, who was the person I communicated with and who went out of their way to help me. Thank you, Steph! This is a company I can't recommend more highly. If you're looking for for excellent and stylish clothing or foot ware, as well as impeccable customer service, this is the place for you.
